I had to replace The bumper on my Audi Q5 recently due to a rear ending. Dealing with Allstate was an absolute nightmare, but the owners of pro star collision, Justin and Staci, were extremely professional and patient as I navigated getting my insurance to pay for the entirety of the repair. The replacement bumper looks amazing and my car was given back to me in brand new condition. The interior and exterior of my car was completely detailed beautifully! I so appreciate the honest communication and excellent work that ProStar provided for me! I highly recommend them!

Justin and his wife Stacey at Pro Collision, went beyond to help me in a heartbreaking time. My car was hit and I was distraught. I think the best way to describe my demeanor was an emotional mess.. They were so compassionate and knowledgeable of what i should be expecting. They walked me through the insurance maze, which is a game I wasn’t equipped to play. Thank Pro Collision for really going that extra step..

After having body work done at another local shop and not being happy with the quality of work I decided to give ProStar a try. The communication was awesome, they called me multiple times with updates on parts as well as when they expected to have it finished. The truck looks better than new! Dont hesitate to trust them with your car! Thank you guys for taking such good care of my truck!

EXCELLENT!! I give ProStar 10/10!! Gold star ⭐️ for their amazing/excellent work, Justin and his team have great detail and professionalism unmatched to any other I have been to! The day I walked in with the need for body work to my Subaru to the day I picked up only took a little over a week! The team not only gave me my car back better than before the accident they detailed the entire inside! There was not a price of dust in it when I picked up! He was very transparent and communicative during the process and I appreciate them all so much! I highly recommend any body work you may need to be done here at ProStar!

This is my 3rd time going to Prostar and they exceed my expectations every time. was in a wreck and they are keeping me in the loop and calling/ emailing me everytime they talk with the insurance. I wouldn't go anywhere else to fix my car!?

I took my truck here looking to get a quote, and the guy told me that he’s not interested if I don’t go through them. Plus he wasn’t friendly from the beginning. So if you looking to get quotes, I wouldn’t go to them. I’m I business own and I couldn’t imagine saying that to one of my customers.

I cannot recommend this business enough. They repaired the whole front end of my car after I hit an elk and it looks better than the day it rolled off the lot. However, the quality of their service goes way beyond the outcome of my vehicle. There is no denying there are parts shortages going on, and my car was delayed a bit because of it. Justin the owner called me no less than twice a week to update me, let me know where they were at and what they were doing. He took his time in making sure I was up to date and was incredibly thorough. I was also a little bit hesitant to use them because I could not be sure if my insurance would completely cover the cost until the end, and Justin was completely transparent with me about this and it was clear they would do what they could to help work with me and my insurance. I am so happy I trusted them and all turned out better than I had expected. Thank you to the stellar team at Prostar for your help and leading by example on everything a local business should be!

Very highly recommended. Staff at ProStar was very professional, communicative, and really went above and beyond. I had a very challenging insurance situation and ProStar went out of their way to help and get the work completed. Justin kept us updated throughout the process, and completed the work quicker than I expected. The car looks and drives great.

I live in the Seattle area and it's impossible to get any kind of estimate, much less auto body work done in a timely manner. So I called Prostar in Ellensburg and they gave me an estimate within a few hours of the pictures I sent and I had my side view mirror replaced 3 days later. I arrived around 8:15 and they were done 2.5 hrs later. Needless to say I'm elated to get my car fixed so quickly and it was well done. Hopefully I won't need their service again but I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again. THANK YOU guys!
