She was so accommodating with the entire process of getting and ending my storage unit contract! She answers the phone promptly and returns calls/emails quickly which I appreciated so much especially when you’re dealing with your personal belongings. I was accidentally a day late to pull all my stuff out of storage but I explained the situation and she was amazing!! She refunded me for the next month right away and I couldn’t be more grateful of her for doing that:). Highly recommend!! Best storage facility in Ellensburg!!

rented a unit with them for the past 3 years and they've been great! Friendly people, smooth move in and out, never had any problems getting into my unit when I needed to, never any concerns about safety (they even called me when I didn't lock my unit correctly, great looking out!), would absolutely use them again! THANK YOU!

I have had an excellent experiance renting my storage unit from Rodeo City self storage! It is a very clean and secure facility. The owners have always been on hand if I needed anything and are always friendly and helpful. I especially like that it is gated and a newer facility. Plus the location can't be beat! :-)
