I wish I could give spectrum a negative sign on how they handle their customers. I wanted my internet bill reduced since I am a long time customer and some guy ( NIck ) with spectrum said to get a promotion I could get two new phone lines with them and it would discount my internet to 30$ a month. So I get the lines everything seemed right for a couple months and then boom my bill went back up to 70$. I call numerous of times to fix the issue but some how my bill never changed. Finally I spoke to a supervisor (Brad) located in Washington state. Told me I didn’t get the correct phone lines to get this specific promotion and there is nothing they can do . Even though I have receipts of the order and it was not my fault. All they can do is coach the douche bag who set me up with the terrible two new phone lines, mind you I had to cancel my US cellular bill to sign up with spectrum. Mind you my internet is always slow. I am very disappointed in the services they offer and they are always changing the bill . I will be looking for new internet services and will be letting everyone know how they treat long term customers who pay their bill on time and in full. 0/100 .

Been waiting over 2 weeks now for them to finish installation of my internet service. I would highly encourage internet users to consider other options such as lightcurve if you are in the Eburg area.

Expensive service for such standard internet is absolutely whack. If they can have introductory rates for new customers why not give those to old loyal customers?

The Internet is horrible it's constantly going out and if you cancel after the billing cycle starts you have to pay an entire month even if it's by one day you have to pay for the whole month.

Not even one star, save yourself a trip from this store and find yourself a different provider. Soo much hassle for SUCH mediocre service. Be weary of what you sign up for as they upsell and finesse you into package deals that would later cost double what you expected!! I believe it was the store manager or owner but CLEARLY has no idea how to interact/ communicate appropriately with customers. 0/10 interaction with her. Again, save yourself a trip like I wish someone did for me.

Close an account and they continue to bill you..evem after you call and rectify. more bills keep coming
