I had an online order with 2 sandwiches with some veggies and ordered both with extra meat. Also ordered 1 churro. When I picked up churro wasn'et in bag so I asked they were real polite and got it made up real up fast. But when getting home we opened them and after paying for extra meat there was maybe a normal amount on the steak and cheese. But on the roast beef sandwich there is maybe 5 slices on the entire foot long. Just frustrated when you pay extra for something you expect to get it. Especially after $30 for 2 sandwiches

Holy rude employee! I can look past every table being dirty but when I asked what bread was in the picture of a sandwich, she replied "whatever you want it to be" (in a snotty voice, never making eye contact). I guess I should've seen her RBF when we walked in. I gave 2 stars because the guy working with her apologized and tried to handle our order after she clearly didn't want to be there.

Placed an online order long before we arrived and it said it was finished however when we got there we waited an additional 45 min. It wasn't very busy either, there were maybe a couple other people in there. It was very clear the two staff didn't have any idea what they were doing. I saw people walk in and leave before ordering because these two boys (Luke and Andrew) were taking 10 min per sandwich. Whether they were new hire or not it's unacceptable to have them work by themselves with no training. The WORST PART however was I watched another costumer ask for the restroom code, the employee (Andrew) proceeded to go over, open the door all with his gloves on and then go back to making food with the SAME gloves. Completely disgusting especially since it was my sandwich, who touches any sort of bathroom surface and then makes food without sanitizing or switching gloves. This isn't a hard job, I've worked with sandwiches for a while and it doesn't take 5 or more minutes to make one even as a new hire. Learn basic food safety and handling please. Wish I could've refunded but online orders don't let you.

Placed an online pickup order. When we arrived there was a sign on the door saying the store was closed for 30 minutes. This was at 10:15 am. We sat and waited until nearly 10:45 before someone opened the door again. If I could call a manager, or complain to their some sort of corporate type I would.

It was SO busy when I went in and there were just 2 people there and they KILLED it. They were fast and polite and everyone seemed to leave happy and content. You guys are great

It's fine for a Subway. The teen behind the counter was a little dismissive of a friend in my party. Nothing major, just more like apathetic. I get it, I don't like working either. Parking lot is awkward to get to and has a curb that blocks entrance from the alley behind the restaurant for no obvious reason.

Overheard the manager (old blonde ) saying a racial slur during my visit. Will not support a business who pays someone like that.

I had a great experience with the store. The people there are very friendly and very helpful when I asked about the new sandwiches. With the store reopening it is much closer to the college and it is kept very clean from what I have seen from the few times I have been in there. Not too much the workers have quite a sense of humor and made me feel very welcomed. Overall, coming here made my day!

The food was okay.I am giving them a 1 star because they don't accept coupons and it's not written anywhere in the store. The worker obviously saw me with the coupons in my hand but waited until it was time to pay to tell me that they don't accept coupons. Subway should write in their coupons that some restaurants may not accept them

Very limited items were prepped or available. Sandwiches were made very messy. Service was less than ok.

I've gone through this place a million times, I understand it may be hard to get all the little details right over the drive through so I've always just accepted a few missed items or a wrong bread. You just gotta be nice about those things when there is only one subway in town. Today I ordered through the app, I let them know that I did so when I pulled up. They then said they were refusing me drive through service and said to pull forward, okay... I did so, showed them my order and they asked me to come inside the busy lobby. I said I'd rather not, I even offered to go around again as Covid has been a smaller concern in our county. It's why I choose a drive through. They then decided that they were going to call the police because I said that I would like to pick it up at the window. Maybe it's because I have a firefighter light bar and hat in my window and then thought I was a police. Obviously that is controversial in other bigger cities. The only thing that is really too bad, that employees at this business would choose to be directly rude to and refuse service like this to the ones on the front line. Jimmy Johns next door was happy to have my business, the drive through was much faster and they were real friendly. This is a good way to loose business.
