Alejandro helped my dad get into his locked phone when EVERYONE else, including Samsung, told us it had to be factory reset & all his data would be lost. EVERYTHING was saved, apps, contacts, & 8 years of pictures! We can't thank him enough!

Valentino and Alejandro did such an amazing job! My mom and I rolled up right when they were closing and they still served us!! So kind! I highly recommend coming to this store!!!

this is my guy yall ,he is a pretty freaking amazing employee ...he is extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and looks out for his team...I'm also giving a super huge shout out to gabbiy..girl I was there your first day and you were on fire ... every time I come in I get the best help thanks guys for always making it happen!!!!

I went in there A few days ago and the people were super friendly and helpful!!! The guy that took over the store 5 months ago is amazing he helped me get 4 new iPhones for me and my kids! They had extreme patience and thoroughness. Highly recommend checking them out if you need a great phone for an even better price!!!

I went into the US cellular store at approximately 6:50 PM. The store closes at 7 PM and I knew that. I was in distress and I asked the girl who was working if she could please help me set up my Apple ID on my new iPhone , and told her that I just switched from an android phone to an iPhone. at first, she acted willing to help, but I continued on to explain to her that I was a boost mobile customer and she repeated it back to me and said you were a boost mobile customer. We do not help customers that are not US cellular customers and it is 6:55 and we close at seven! I was very upset and I left the store and I did not think about getting her name, but she was extremely rude and I will never go back to US cellular! The fact that she was unwilling to help me and was so rude about who my carrier was was shocking. Also would like to add that I immediately went next-door to T-Mobile and found Josh who works there and he was very willing to help me and between him and his coworker even though it did take a few minutes longer than they were even open they were able to assist me and my problem was solved so I highly recommend T-Mobile especially over US cellular any day!

All they do is sell phones. If you are having phone issues don't even bother they will create some excuses not to touch your phone. And if you are looking for phone accessories sorry but they are sold out. So you think they are super busy but they are not just to busy doing nothing to stock parts.

All was good until I got home and realized most of my contacts, all my catering contracts, all my passwords, and all of my emails were not transferred to my new fone and I. Calling back she said she erased my fone and said "I'm sorry" no one is able to retrieve any of it. And all my recipes r gone!!!!!!

I give this store 0 stars. Got a new phone this summer and when I went in to have them help me transfer data from my old phone to the new phone, they just said they couldn't do this. They made no effort to help at all. Just told me to do this on my own. Too bad because this new phone was very expensive! Don't buy from these guys if you need help.

I would like to commend the staff at our Ellensburg Wa US Cellular Store. The manager Caleb is a fount of wisdom and communicates in a very patient and friendly manner. Yaire and Adan were likewise friendly and informative. We have been customer's 20 plus years and recommend US Cell constantly. But with the excellent customer service here locally our referrals won't need any convincing!Sincerely, Mark and Anne Berry

I've been a customer for 8 years. I use the prepay plan. It's cheap enough and the coverage is decent. Customer service is very good.The 4 stars is because there are places that drop calls or texts aren't sent until you get into range. I'm happy with US Cellular.
