Almost impossible to talk to a banker on the phone

8 days ago (July 12th, 2023) we went to the Ellensburg branch to add a new member to our small business account. We were turned away for not having an appointment. One customer was in the bank, 2 tellers a person in training and the manager. We were given no business card; no appointment was offered; I wrote down my information with the manager promising to call me back which she never did. I complained on line, the response said they will get back to me in 2 - 10 business days.No appointment was ever needed before for a 5 minute service and we drove 75 miles round trip just to receive no service or call back or appointment at a quiet branch with no people waiting.Pathetic. I received an automated apology, which means absolutely nothing. It wasn't bad service, it was no service at all. Shameful

Hate this bank as a whole...went to get a debit card and was told you have to have an appointment, my other account at cashmere I get a card when ever I need it on the spot...do believe I will close this account and go to becu ....don't waste your time with this scumbag bank, they'll just try an scam you anyway

After waiting 10 to 20 minutes the last several times I have gone in for very simple banking transactions I have found out that this branch is severely understaffed.After asking why they only had one teller I was told this branch only has one part time and one full time teller, and that's all they're allowed to have.I took my business to a bank where I didn't have an account, didn't have an issue. Chase also had 3 tellers in their Ellensburg Branch.If I can't complete simple transactions at this Wells Fargo than I don't know why I even keep an account here.

The Ellensburg Wells Fargo Branch has been closed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday (Memorial Day); there has been no notice as to why or if it will ever reopen. FYI it appears closed today yet again. I have called various Wells Fargo 800 numbers without receiving any information.I have 4 accounts with this so called bank. I’m sorry doesn’t make this any better… what’s going on?

Manager is literally ridiculous.The teller was About to cash my check; that I drove from cle elum to cash in the snow storm. But need managers approval. I had cashed them there 10+ times before, no problem.(the teller that shares my same name is very helpful, this review doesn't pertain to her in the slightest.) My boss didn't write my last name. So even though he was on the phone telling her to cash it. Because it's his account , she said I had to wait for him to come back and write my last name on it himself....

Took many many calls before they would actually pick up. Finally got some empty head to talk to. Tried to arrange a meeting to wire funds for a house closing, empty head said she had no idea how to interpret the schedule, had to get some one else to help. Turns out they had no availability to wire house closing funds for the foreseeable future. Suggested I drive over 100 miles in one direction to a different bank. They have closed so many locations and employ so few empty heads that the bank no longer functions. Worthless branch

The people who work here are great. But there's no reason why there should be 5 people waiting for ONE teller to process us all when there's 2 other employees literally talking and staring at everyone waiting.

My daughter had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. to set up to bank accounts. By 1230p we still had not been seen. Apparently, bank rep we had an appt w had been entertaining a relative/friend a part from just bank business. They had been chatting since we entered the bank for our appointment at 10:55am... She saw us and never once came over to check on us. But then I guess that's to be expected from a bank that received a bailout from the government. Chase was more than happy to entertain our business thereafter.

They never have more than 2 bank tellers and you have to put aside over a half hour just to be helped. GET MORE BANK TELLERS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
