They are very nice people and the customer service was good, but definitely overcharge for items in their store. I bought some joint supplements from them and because I didn’t have service I didn’t check Amazon, found out I can get it $15 dollars cheaper on Amazon.

Great local business.they know cats,dogs.excellant food choices,treats,toys,chewies,harness,leashes.they carry novelty clothes for doggos,coats for every type of weather,plus they will let u try on the clothes,harness, etc with pet for perfect fit.great also in food tips and training tips.pets are welcomed here.love this place and workers there

Like other reviewers say, they’re kind, knowledgeable, care about each animal, and have a fantastic supply of products (especially for a relatively small shop). They always remember who we are and ask for updates on our dog - just another joy of life in a small town :)

I drive about 35 minutes to buy the raw food product I need at this location if I don't happen to be near to another store. I approached the cashier with the item and was greeted with silence, as she then fumbled around between two computers before telling a few minutes later that she couldn't sell it to me, because she didn't know how much it was.. lazy.

My dogs just love this place, and they have good brands. It's our neighborhood, walkable dog store. Also, they have hardly any employee turnover. That tells me they treat their people right.

I always prefer to support local small business when all possible. This pet shop is one of them. We are expecting a new puppy in weeks and preparing for him. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I found clean and quality food and toys in different varieties. We decided to shop from here for our pet's needs. Thank you.

The owner and the employee are consistently friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The store is packed with many healthy options for dogs and cats and, of course, if you have other pets they will assist you with products that they may order for you. A nice variety of toys and treats for your dogs and cats.

Wellpet has my dogfood there every time I need some. And the prices are way lower than the other option in Cle Elum. And she brings in things I need for my tortoises and turtles. At a Great price!! Customer service is awesome!! So glad I no longer have to go to Ellensburg to save money!!
