Took my generator in for service and these guys were ALL great!
They drained it, changed oil, new spark plug, and air filter check, and including parts (oil, plug) it only cost $18.00 😱🤯😁
Absolutely the best service and price I've ever paid for service on my generator 👍
This Ace and Ryan (Leader) are excellent both in service and prices!!!

A fairly small store crammed full of goodies. The staff are helpful and if the store doesn't have it, they're happy to order for you

Amazing what they can pack into this place. They'll usually have exactly what you're looking for. It may cost more but you'll finish your project. Great customer service from the employees.

I felt like it was a bait and switch promotion. Found a Ego weed trimmer on sale for $179.00. When I when to the Elma Wa. Ace Hardware the sales person told me that the $179.00 version did not come with a battery.

This is a really, really great Ace Hardware. The employees are helpful and seem genuinely happy to work there. They participate in and contribute to fundraisers and other activities that serve the local community. Ace has built a really great team at this location.

These guys do a pretty good job at gouging their prices, several of the things we bought we were charged more than listed price. Chances are if they mark something down expect to still be paying full price. They are disorganized and have plenty of their inventory mislabeled so you think it's one price but turns out it's another. Did the math from out last trip and found more than 30 dollars of being over charged. Very poor practice.
