slowest pumps i’ve ever encountered in all my life. two other people tried to pump gas at the same time as us and their’s were just as slow if not slower. took this video after 15 straight minutes of sitting here. it’s picked up speed now, believe it or not. it was going even slower before.

The staff here are very rude and incredibly incompetent. I came in while getting gas to grab a few snacks. In the section of beef jerky the prices they display are wrong and they will try to argue about it. I had my daughter buy a small pack of jerky for herself which came out to almost $10. I was shocked by this price and after I went back inside I saw that the listed price on the shelf was only $4. When I brought this to the attention of the man behind the counter, he said that wasn't his fault, then informed me that the register doesn't issue refunds after I asked for the difference back. I worked retail for years and I know for a fact that this was a lie, just a lazy, incompetent employee who didn't want to do his job. Avoid this place at all costs!

The guy working here was so nice! My family came in just to use the restrooms on our road trip. I was honestly a bit nervous because we are POC but it was a non issue. You just never know how you'll be perceived in small towns. Phew!

Wow!!! I think she said her name was Lily. How rude. She definitely doesn't fit in a small, friendly community like Elma. I accidentally called the wrong Chevron and she made sure to let me know she was the assistant manager(big flipping deal) and was as rude as could be for no reason at all except that must just be her nature. I used to stop in and get gas there on the way to Westport. My family and I will definitely see we never give them a dime again. I'll drive to the casino for cheaper gas and friendlier people. I hope someone grabs her job who has better social and customer service skills. I wish I didn't even have to give a star.

The lady working the counter was soooo sweet! She was so kind and friendly and was just such a blessing to talk to this morning. Her customer service was impeccable.
