About Dollar Tree
The Elma Dollar Tree is a wonderfully convenient store with a friendly and welcoming staff. Employees are described as nice, awesome, rock stars, and outstanding, often working hard and beyond. The store is usually clean and organized, offering a fully stocked and well-arranged selection that looks great. However, it is often very busy, which can lead to clutter, with boxes and product everywhere as staff work on freight and recovery while also managing the front. Some reviews note the staff appears overworked and could benefit from additional resources like an overnight crew. Despite occasional clutter, the positive experiences with the dedicated employees keep customers coming back to this location.

This Dollar Tree is clean and well-organized. The staff here are always very friendly.
Much to my childrens' dismay, they do not stock pool noodles year round.

Well i had a good experience shopping here today. My boyfriend and I found what we needed and plus the store was clean and organized. Idk why someone would say its messy when clearly the aisles are clean. I would rather choose this dollar tree than the one in hoquiam.
