Awesome customer service. 80 year old lady & her handicap daughter are being evicted. Landlord wants to move into the home she has been in for 15 years. Having to get a storage unit. She has not been able to find a place. She is devastated. The gentleman working took the extra time to come out to her in the parking lot. Took the time to listen to her story. He was amazing. Very rare anymore to find what is called Customer Service.Thank you Elma Storage.

Amazing how many storage facilities there are in the Greys Harbor area and more amazing is how many are stuffed.
