Just had a most delightful pedicure experience. I love how clean and organized the salon was. The ladies were very friendly and professional. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be my nail salon.

I just left there after having the worst pedicure. The water was cold and when I asked her if she could warm it up, she only turned the water on for a bit. Their hot wax wasn't turned on, so I couldn't get that,but she didn't even offer hot stones or anything. I've never had a pedicure that was only 30 mins long. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but she didn't even say 5 words to me. Needless to say, I doubt I'll come back. That makes me sad because it is something my mom and I do when I come to visit her. I hope she is thankful that my mom tipped her $20

After reading the response to my review, I feel that I need to respond to it.
I was not told when the pedicure was first started that they lost power. When I said you could have offered hot stones, those could have been offered because there was not any hot wax. Instead of reaching out and trying to make this right,you write an extremely rude response. You did not talk to me the entire pedicure. You were in the worst mood and it showed. The reason I remembered is because it was by far the worst pedicure I have ever received. Now, if you would have offered to give me either a free pedicure or even a discounted one, I would take the review down and let everyone know this is a great place. Well, it isnt. FYI, this isnt a false review. You lied in your review about everything that happened.

My sister and I will be coming back here again. Not only did they listen to what we had to say but she fixed my sisters actual nail that was broken under the acrylic. I gotta say when you find people who actually listen you know that it's a great place

Hands down best nail salon in grays harbor! The shop is very clean. The women who work there are very friendly and professional. Both are very good at designs and keep up on all the trends. The pedicures are amazing too!!

I really liked this place. After having my toe nails and legs brutalized by a different salon I was hesitant to go. But it was worth it. And the lady carried out the style I asked for using the photo I brought in. She did really well! I love! I'll definitely be going back with my daughter for the holidays and trying out there more pricy pedicures

Daughter went in there for the first time to give it a shot, and her friend who has never had nails done went in too, and she was very rude to my daughter, along with not doing what she asked Saying that it will look stupid and preceded to do a horrible job looking at her and saying... "see". plus her nail that was put on, had a crack in it and it broke off the very next morning along with her friend's (her nail came off that evening).
She certainly was Not worth the amount that she charges. I personally would like my daughter to be able to go and get a full refund, I'm afraid to ask for replacement as i don't know if an attitude will be taken out on her. driving to McCleary or spending the money on gas going to Olympia is worth it if you don't want to be treated the way she did and want a good job on your nails. It was upsetting as I was looking forward to something good locally to get mine done.
I have read some reviews that the customer service is good there, if so, then it was an extreamly bad day.
Thank you for responding. I appreciate that you are willing to fix the situation, however to clarify, you have my daughter mixed up with someone else. She dosent have a boyfriend for one and for another she did pay for her service, she was in there with more than 1 person as witness. She was there as a group and 1 person (Adult) is a regular of your salon. This situation happened on Saturday.
... I wanted to let it known my daughter is NOT a thief that would do something like that.

I had a fill done and she was amaxing.. I drove around to all the spots in Aberdeen and they were all booked. The ladies here fit me in without an appointment. Definitely going back.

I have been coming here for almost a year, I make an appointment every two weeks. Beebe and her daughter have always treated me with kindness and professionalism. Their business is clean and I love watching the cooking shows that are on when I am getting a pedicure. It is only the two of them so you will need to make an appointment. They are very good at what they do. ♥
