Stay Beyond Inn & Suites is a very basic, average hotel with clean rooms. The location is convenient and within walking distance of coffee, gas, a grocery store, and other amenities. Many places are within walking distance. The staff is mostly nice, helpful, and wonderful, with a delightful front desk employee. However, a male night shift employee is reported as extremely lazy and rude, and some staff can be inattentive. The hotel is dog friendly, with friendly guests and dogs. Rooms are clean, quiet, and more spacious than expected, though walls are very thin. Amenities are very basic, with no phone in the room. The hotel provides a typical breakfast with waffles, eggs, toast, and pastries that is hot, well-managed, and decent with variety, but it is also described as very basic and not ADA friendly. The property features a sitting window overlooking a courtyard and BBQ family area.
Stayed for a meeting at the hospital and pleasantly surprised. Staff were super friendly, room super clean and comfortable. Restful night and very quiet, highly recommend if needing to stay in the area. Great value for the price!

I’ve stayed here a handful of times over the course of a week and a half, and I’ve checked in with 3 different front desk employees. Every employee has been extremely kind and welcoming, and being someone who travels often for work this is extremely rare. Definitely a must-stay if traveling in the Elma area.
