Signed back of note for item to be left at door. They still attempted to re-deliver multiple times at the same exact time like someone will be home at the same time. Pathetic. Made online request to be picked up in Olympia but they still made final attempt. Automated machine hung up on me multiple times requesting service rep, telling me to call the customer service # when that's the # I called. Absolutely horrible. FedEx and USPS is better than this UPS. Stay away from them at all cost. Hate that Amazon uses UPS and not FedExUpdate: Called the Store in Olympia and they said to press 0 until it transfers you to speak with a customer service representative.

My elderly parents asked the UPS driver to stop putting the packages in the mud and to bring them to the door. Instead of doing so, the driver flagged their account and said that he was threatened. Seriously? An 80 year old man who has severe back issues is threatening? Now UPS won't deliver to their address and force my 80 year old parents to drive 40 miles one way to pick up any packages in Elma during extremely limited hours. No one did an investigation to see what happened. Disgusting. Why send to the Elma store? There are many closer drops in Hoquiam, Aberdeen, or Ocean Shores. There is always two sides to every story. This is unacceptable.

UPS is so laughable I can’t even tell you! No customer service number. Sadly, the employees know how lame their company is!I had to put one star however, I wanted to give zero!Whoever is in charge of the websites and phone prompts needs to be fired!

Place appears dissolved, dirty and run down with old equipment and lack of maintenance. Would not consider working here. Not sure about service but appearance matches previous review ratings.

Lost our package and yet we have to file a claim. They should be figuring it out not us. It's in the warehouse somewhere. Look for it.

Twice now our business deliveries were shown to be "delivery attempted". One time they tried 10 min before open knowing full well we were closed as they deliver to us about every week or two. This time it says delivery attempted and it was 30min after we opened and our door was propped open with customers in the store. We had previously had one delivery driver attempt to run up and stock a note on the door and run away before we saw but we caught him, he claimed he just didn't want to carry in the heavy boxes that weighed all of 20lbs but there were 5 or 6 in total. I'm assuming these other two times were the same guy. Will be discussing using FedEx in the future with all our distributors. Late deliveries have cost us sales on release weekends for product.

Unorganized, they should hire me I'll get that mess it top shape. The call centers don't have a clue as to what is going on at the partnering centers. Both times I been there it was extremely messy, boxes, packages everywhere. It was disappointing to see but the staff was very nice & helpful... they just need help themselves.

So this ups driver supposedly try to deliver my package when I was home but there was no knock or any ups trucks in the vicinity at the time. Customer service is trying to charge us to redeliver our package that they failed to deliver. Mind you this is the second time the vendor had tried to ship this package to us. I trust the postal service more than UPS.

Went to return something to Amazon. Never had to do it before. Had trouble with internet trying to pull up scan info. But finally got it. The staff member that helped me was very patient and helpful. Thank you U.P.S.

Update on this, the UPS driver responsible marked it as delivered at my address at 4pm yesterday. It was then scanned and actually delivered to an entirely different address at 7pm last night according to UPS (after sitting in the freezing weather FOR HOURS the homeowner returned home saw the live fish stickers and was kind enough to drop off my DEAD fish.)Dropped my fish off at an extremely wrong address. Wouldn't answer calls or complaints. I want a refund to not just me,, but the seller as well. These are extremely rare imports. They killed my fish and have never been able to do their job correctly from what the other reviews mention.

This place deserves all of the bad reviews they've gotten for customer service. I went down there at 10:00 this morning and asked them if they shipped international and they said yes, come back at 3:45.At 3:45 I walk in there and they tell me that they cannot ship international because they are out of tape for their machine and have been since Monday.Your canned response doesn't help the fact at 4:30 I was scrambling around to get my packages shipped.

I’m old, very hard for me to get large packages to my house and ups will not bring my packages to my door. They leave everything at the street, by my driveway instead of bringing down the driveway to my house..No matter how much it rains, they do not deliver. All other delivery companies deliver to my door. How inconsiderate of ups!!! You don’t deserve your jobs, no one should have that job. Ups has gone down hill in the last ten years.SHAME ON YOU, ups. Fedx is so much nicer and considerate. Ups could learn from Fedx….or maybe not.

The UPS driver threw my package breaking my fragile item. They got negative reviews which isn't just for show. All the replies by them is just an act like they care but in reality, they don't.
