Absolutely the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with.
They’re incapable of delivering anything larger than a standard envelope. Instead of making a reasonable effort, they just leave a slip for redelivery or pickup. But here's the catch—they close at 5 PM, which makes it nearly impossible for anyone with a regular 9–5 job to actually pick up their packages. It’s a complete joke and shows no consideration for working people who rely on their services.

Such a terrible post office. They never deliver anything over the size of an envelope, and they just leave a slip(sometimes they don't even do that) and my packages are being returned to the senders because they sometimes won't let any of my family pick up them up for me since I work throughout the week. Avoid them at all costs.

Constantly losing packages I’ve lost Xmas presents, medication that was to be delivered to me and I’ve sent out money orders all saying they were delivered but they never were. Completely not a dependable service. The folks at the counter are great. The logistics sucks tho. 7 went out to get mail as mailman was there. just watched the mail guy mis deliver another package of mine….. this is getting ridiculous. No idea what mail box he put it in. But it wasn’t mine.

Terrible customer service! Called today to find a package and was told t they were on a conference and couldn’t look. I understand things like that happened but by her tone of voice I could tell she didn’t want to deal and I was a bother.

Please help urgent mailman can't read they deliver mail to wrong address they don't take out the mail with flag up they don't send back too much extensive junk magazines to sender someone from Elma sun and Monday problem time to put the smack down WWE style

The post master is extremely disrespectful and rolled her eyes at me when I asked to make complaint. They constantly loss or miss deliver mail I would say I do not recommend unfortunately they hold a monopoly on mail service and seem to think there better then everyone else when they can't even do there jobs right
