Be careful, if something goes wrong and you need a refund, they may choose not to. If you do not live close by, they choose not to respond to inquiries, even certified letters. Had RV in service multiple months with terrible communication as to status and still was not completed correctly.

Came in recently looking to buy a pickup truck, had a price range in mind but otherwise had nothing in particular that I was looking for. After test driving a truck, I started the buying process and was able to be connected with excellent financing through one of the banks they partner with. The process was extremely quick and seamless, and at no point that I feel like I was ill-informed or being pressured into making a purchase.Any and all questions that I had were answered, and I'm now driving an F-150 XLT that as of yet runs great. I also have additional peace of mind with the excellent vehicle care package that I got when I made the purchase. Especially seeing as this was my first vehicle purchase, I can say that I could not have been happier with the experience.I have not yet had much experience with their service department, however from what interactions I have had, I feel confident in saying that I'm not worried about when my truck needs service. I will update my review when that time comes.Overall, compared to other experiences I've had with dealerships, Whitney's Value Ford is a cut above the rest, and I will absolutely be back when it comes time for me to purchase another vehicle. This is a business that holds true to its small town roots, and clearly places a high value on customer satisfaction.

The service manager was very condescending. I will never return there. He represents Ford and Value Ford. He is very rude. My car was damaged while in the shop.

Staff was alright in person but extremely rude over the phone. I work customer service, I get that you can deal with negative people, but starting the call out with a poor attitude isn’t going to bring returning customers, or create a positive interaction. Will not be returning, they should hire a front desk person who can put a smile on their face before they get on a phone call.

Its where the car came from. I was there to see if they had any used tires for my car. They didn't have.

Go see Michael! I wasn't pressured at all when buying my 2013 F150. I told him I was looking to trade in for a truck and told him the exact one, he grabbed the keys, took me out there, opened up all the doors and let me look at it without trying to sell me on it. He pointed out all the love marks it has from being used which is different from the other dealerships I've ever been to. He was pretty straight forward and didn't try to make the sale. It was more if you want it, say it, if you don't, lets walk the lot kind of deal. For a guy who isn't from a sales background, I'd say he's pretty good at it. Biggest thing in my book is don't try and sell me on it, let me sell myself. I'm not sure how the other salesmen are but Michael is who i'd recommend.

My dad who is in his 80's ordered a F-150 Maverick & put money down on it a year ago. It was suppose to take 3 mo. My sister tried to get a VIN # from them & they lied & said it didn't have one so we were unable to track it . We finally found out over a month ago it was shipped but still hasn't arrived according to the dealership but my dad saw the exact same truck with all the options he ordered at the dealership. He asked if it was his & they said it belonged to someone else who happens to have lots of money. Mind you my dad was locked in at a low price before prices skyrocketed on electric vehicles. I wouldn't doubt if my dad's truck hasn't arrived & been sold for much more several times now. I plan on filing a complaint with the better business bureau. My dad has worked hard all his life and it'd be nice if he could enjoy his vehicle for a while but they seem to think they can keep putting him off and selling it for more money. Unethical & disgusting. Beware

If I could give this place less stars I would. We were told to buy 3rd party parts from Ebay instead of sending us to a Nissan dealership for repairs.. parts were incorrect and they charged us for trying to put them in. They also broke the Hood latch ..Now i am unable to return parts and out $300.. They also told us they have shuttle service.. they don’t. My disabled daughter had to walk 2.5 miles each way.. stay away from this dealership!

Service dept. absolutely horrible! Was lied to at least 5 times while my vehicle was in for a repair! T he vehicle was in there for 6 weeks and they did not even address the issues as they said they did! Vehicle continued to have the issue, I removed the part myself and sent it for repair…I asked the repair facility if the part had any prior repairs….they said none that they could find! Bill in the service dept at Whitneys said repairs where made by their rebuilder! I was charged 125.00 to have my vehicle sit in their back lot! ??

Scummy Yummy.Lies through their teeth to get you in the door. Vehicle posted for $15k becomes $20k because they have "other offers." Very strange scumbag business practice. Run. Run far far away to another galaxy. The owner supported his employees predatory practices.

currently they are trying to sell a Bronco at 10,000 + over MSRP, price gouging is ugly and greedy. Whitney's Value Ford? No value about it.
