We bought a used kia soul and it had some problems that neither my self or the dealer could have known what was going to happen , but when I called the sales man(Austin great guy!) 3 days after our purchase when I let them all know what happened with the car (let’s just say an expensive repair) the Manager asked me what I was quoted by kia (who were not friendly at all) and then told me to bring it to them and then replaced and did all work on their dime ! And gave me a loaner to boot! They didn’t want any customer to feel that they did a bad job !That’s what small town dealers are ! Part of the community they work in and I appreciated going out to that small town and purchasing the car there , I could have gone 10 mins away to find a car but big cities don’t care like Gamblin motors did! Thank you to all the people who helped us out !

I recently bought a 2015 Ram 2500 from Gamblin Motors. I found the truck online, and requested someone contact me. Austin answered my texts. I live in Indiana so they are 3 hours behind me. He was up very early answering my questions. He was super nice. He even texted me throughout the day on his day off. We reached a deal through text. I booked a flight and we flew there. He picked us up at our hotel close to the airport. The truck was ready to go for a test drive when we got there. He was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable.I've never bought a vehicle from out of state, let alone across the country. There was a bit of miscommunication about some of the paperwork to get the truck registered, but Morgan was very quick to reply and express mailed me the papers I needed. The truck did great on the 33 hour, 2600 mile drive home. It was quite the experience, and I'm very pleased with my new truck!

We had an awesome experience dealing with Austin Sherbon at Gamblin. He made finding and buying what we were looking for the best ever. He made us feel like family from the start. And Patrick in financing made buying a truck the easiest ever. They both answered every question we had. We highly recommend these guys to anyone shopping for a vehicle. Go see them!! you won't be disappointed....they are awesome !!! thanks guys

They sold my brother a used older Lexus for 4k that I'm sure they took on a trade-in for next to nothing. That thing was dead in my driveway unable to start within a week. We have since put over a thousand dollars into multiple electrical and alternator issues so far and issues still persist.I called and spoke to the original salesman although admittedly it was a while after the sale was made, and they refused to do anything about it.. nor would they even take it on trade-in for a different car. They basically said you are SOL because it was an as-is sale.My brother isn't super knowledgeable about cars and doesn't go out in public much due to disability issues, and it seems like the salesman saw an opportunity to off that junker on him.Too bad he didn't recommend him something on the lot that was working properly.Pretty disappointed that a supposedly well reputed dealer wouldn't check the cars they take on trade-in a little more thoroughly before putting them on the lot to sell to people at big profits. When I asked them about this they said "well they move their cars around on the lot daily so they would never be able to detect an electrical problem like that." This one had a bad alternator and an electrical leak, something that would have been fairly easy to detect and the car should have raised suspicion anyways as there were clear signs of aftermarket electrical and stereo work being done and then half pulled out. Not sure how they could have missed that and frankly I'm surprised they even accepted it onto the lot much less turned around and sold it to someone after barely checking it out.It used to be that you could rely on a dealership for a used car purchase because they have their own mechanics who check on their cars and then they stand by what they sell. Not anymore I guess.

I picked up my truck after they did some recall work. There was grease all over the side of the truck (which I did not drop it off like that). Spoke with the service department no one cared. They stated "what do you want us to do wash it?" Really globs of grease all down the front fender. Asked to get a call back from someone in management regarding this but no call. I was speaking with another person in the community regarding this and she made the comment that at least 5 of her friends were also NEVER going back to Gamblin in Enumclaw. Going forward we will go to Sunset Chev in Sumner.

Avoid the Chevrolet service department at all costs. They misdiagnosed the problem with our car. Unnecessarily installed a new muffler, without putting in the proper length brackets and ultimately melted our rear bumper. When we called, they said it was our fault because we had damaged the muffler. We took it to a muffler shop, who said they could find no evidence of damage. Gamblin called the muffler repair guy a third rate muffler shop and would do nothing to repair the bumper. It's worth noting that the muffler shop did not say anything negative about Gamblin and that they have been in business for over 30 years. Our money is with the integrity of the muffler shop.

Visit/purchase at your own risk; hopefully you purchase from a different dealer and don't make the same mistake I did. First off, this dealer pulled a bait and switch on the vehicle. It was so pathetically obvious that they did as well and only honored the original price after I had to show them a screenshot of the sale price. They told me after the fact that "prices are always changing in this industry" ... which I believe but it's a crazy coincidence that a truck that had been sitting on the lot for over 50 days miraculously changed price from the time I left my house to the time I sat down to talk money. They were able to quickly change the price on their website but it didn't go through on AutoTrader and Cargurus fast enough to where I was able to get the sale price. Pathetic. I mentioned this to the owner of the dealer and he didn't really have much to say about "such a coincidence'' in price change just that morning. Pathetic. They also lied multiple times throughout the process. Pretty bad at lying but they did their best. One person said part of the family was on vacation and couldn't be reached and another was in charge dealing with the process. Then another guy there mentioned he was just going over numbers with so and so in his office .... Yet he was supposedly in Hawaii at the time. They should do better at coordinating their lies. In my sales guy's defense, I believe he was new to the dealer so he probably wasn't fully in tune with their shady practices. The owner tried saying they were working mobile yet when this was going down, they were telling me otherwise.Stupidly, I was desperate for the vehicle and I didn't smarten up with all these warning signs and I purchased the truck. These guys went on and on about how this was "Certified Pre-Owned" and that their people do all these inspections and there is that purchase confidence. I purchased this truck based off of that CPO tag on it. A Couple days after I purchased it, the engine light goes on. During the next month, the engine light goes on a total of 6 separate times. When I confronted the dealer about selling a lemon, especially under the CPO tag, the owner basically blamed my local Chevrolet dealership for not knowing what they were doing. I don't want to write a book or waste more time than I already have with this pathetic excuse of a dealer. I was stupid and desperate to buy the truck and in doing so, I allowed these people to try and pull a bait and switch, lie through their teeth multiple times, and sell me a lemon. When I told the owner how much money I've lost because I got rid of it, he let me know they would give me back the pro-rated extended warranty money....I guess he thinks I'm too stupid to know that the money is mine and they don't have a choice in that matter....but they aren't doing me any favors. Even in that process to cancel the warranty, their finance manger would respond with one line sentence/emails (with at least a day later to respond each time) and would not do anything to help cancel it....I had to go on their site, find their admin team's email and have the cancellation be facilitated through her. Common word I've been using on this....pathetic.After a couple direct emails to the owner and the GM, the owner did actually call me to apologize. Then he proceeded to deny everything and make excuses. He took zero responsibility for his dealership's actions and just made excuses for each issue. He would make a great politician. I'm sure they may respond to this with some form of lie but if this review deters at least one person, it was worth the hassle. Hopefully other people don't make the same mistake I do. If you do happen to buy from them, TAKE A SCREENSHOT of the price before they can switch it out on you (they're pretty fast at doing that on their website). Also be aware of their "CPO" vehicles....rolling the dice on that one.

Had a great experience with Gamblin, specifically Ilias. Worked with me on my trade and even helped me out with an issue after sell. Would buy from again!

Great experience. Austin Sherbon was my salesman, he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Patrick Kelley in finance was awesome as well. The whole experience was low pressure and i will definitely be returning for my next vehicle.

These losers hard checked my credit while I was still haggling a price. No loan app. Guy who was working with me seemed inexperienced and slow. Kept having to “talk to his boss” and would walk away for 10 min. I couldn’t get a fair price out of him so I left. No contact after. Then, a month and a half later, he called and asked me if I’m still interested in the truck he showed me. Wildly unprofessional. Made me wait. These guys hire cheap, incompetent salesmen. If you’re shopping do not give them your contact info until you’re ready to buy.

Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. 1) I was recommended work done that was not needed (new rotors). 2) I was gouged on price, more that I am used to paying for labor and understand Art Gamblin had a recent labor rate hike. 3) The cost to me was more than I was told on phone. That describes my recent service appointment experience. But I will add the following to perhaps help the dealership understand better my perspective as a customer. The only reason we brought three of our cars to Art Gamblin Chevrolet was the fine, honest service and Corvette knowledge of Carl Thorsett your former service manager. His treatment of us during the courtesy delivery of our C8 was stellar and I even wrote a nice note to your company's owner about Carl in July 2020. Further service appointments under Carl's watch for our C8, C6, and Jeep were all excellent. Otherwise, I would not have come to Art Gamblin Chevrolet for service, since it is farther from home than other dealerships, but also because of the insulting treatment my wife and I received from your salesman and sales manager when we came to try to order our C8 from Art Gamblin in December 2019 who I believe judged us as not serious customers. We went elsewhere obviously and selected Art Gamblin as the courtesy dealer only. When I add things up in June 2023, I have a far drive, rude salesmen, and now what appears to be an attempt to increase service profits at the expense of customers. I hope my comments may help you become a better company which is really the best way to increase profits across the board - not just in the service department.

This.is the most unscrupulous dealership we've ever purchased from. Don't listen to the salesperson who tells you they're a "DIFFERENT" kind of dealership and they "care" about their customers, because they don't. We bought a used vehicle here and were told it had been through Gamblin's service inspection to correct any issues. If that was the truth, why has our car been in the repair shop more than out of the repair shop in the one month we've owned it? Gamblin does nothing but give us the runaround! They really do suck! Save yourself lots of money and and buy your next car at any dealership in in town other than Gamblin.

Josiah and Morgan were so helpful in buying the lease off of my Hyundai and helping me get settled with an Equinox. Josiah and Morgan made me feel comfortable and welcome. I didn’t feel pressure during my experience and highly recommend stopping in!

Excellent service - fair pricing - knowledgeable staff. I did my entire deal remotely (as I was an out of state customer) and had the car delivered to my home. Once the car was delivered, I noticed a couple of minor issues. I worked with Art Gambling dealership we worked out a mutually agreeable solution. Happy to say that they stand behind their deals and make things right.
