Kelly, was amazing, helped me immediately with my 2020 Blazer & we determined my thermostat was the problem. The check was free of charge & the thermostat & housing were the exact replacements I needed for my trip to Wyoming. Thanks a million AutoZone of Enumclaw.

I get intimidated walking into auto parts stores.
I picked AutoZone today because they have women on their staff and that made me feel welcome since I'm new to understanding my truck and how to fix it.
The store manager was a rockstar helping me figure out my trailer lights fuse.
The store will be my go-to from here on out.

Came in for help. I got what I needed, but employee Tierra’s (hope I spelled that right) customer service is honestly what keeps customers like myself coming back. Been in this town a long time and this is the first time I’ve felt led to jump on and give a review. She deserves credit.

They tryed to sell me a window motor, regulator and assemble. With no motor or regulator and then try to making me look like I was stupid and that's what I was supposed to order and then the manager got it and said that exactly what happened didn't happen and the lady tried telling me six times I didn't have a regulator yesterday she claims which she did not and then the manager looked at it and I said it doesn't even have a motor on it and even if what she said is true there's no motor on it. This Napa is always trying rip people off. Reminder why I should not come here to save a few buckson parts. Go to bonney

Had a great time the manager Steve from the Enumclaw store was awesome. Very helpful. I had a bad arm. He put in my light on my jeep which needed to be able to take a few things apart to get to the lightbulb. It was raining outside and he didn’t care he said I’m here to help you, get your light working great personality. Great person loves his job. I give him a five star. Jim, keep up the good work. I appreciate everything you did for me.

Generally decent, but have had multiple bad experiences lately. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes while the staff goofed around in the back. I'm done with AutoZone.
