I come to Brown Bear Car Wash, or should I say, Broken Bear car wash in Enumclaw every week, but after this last visit I dont think ill be back. The self-serve bay barely put out any water on multiple settings even though I was being charged. It took nearly 4 minutes before the pressure finally kicked in, and there was only one other person there. This is unacceptable, and I hope to be refunded for the wasted money and time.

Well-maintained facility with huge bays and easy access. Took an ~8ft tall horse trailer through with plenty of clearance. Power wash alternates between hot and cold - worked wonders on the exterior. Arms move easily and are high enough that I barely had to manage them. You can pull straight through to the vacuums, and then there is a good 30-40ft of additional asphalt to turn around or head to the side street. $30 for 30min and the whole trailer was shiny.

NO SOAP! Used the so called High Pressure Soap... but there was no soap! After 10 mins, gave up.
