I am extremely impressed with this company. I will absolutely be referring friends here to purchase vehicles.
Mike, the owner of the dealership for the last couple of years, is a great guy who wants to make sure he does something many car dealers don’t do. He just flat out does the right thing for his customers.
How can I say that? Simple. I looked at a wonderful used truck that they had, Mike and Chris, his salesman, both stepped up and sold me a truck that works for me for the right price.
Friendly and straight up ‘the right kind of guys doing business the right way for their customers’ is the way I would describe them.

Recently bought a 2015 chevy sonic from here and everything about the experience was good. The pricing was fair, the staff was friendly and helpful. Plates came in extremely quick. They also do a good job of getting good used vehicles from auction as well. Overall I would definitely buy from here again.

After two failed attempts at buying a used pickup truck at two other dealerships I found this one on CarGurus. Called ahead and spoke to Chris to make sure it was still on the lot. He made the buying process super easy and was very nice to talk to. I'm now the owner of a beautiful Dodge Hemi and couldn't be happier! Thank you Chris!!!

A no nonsense dealer, that knows their stuff. I had been looking for the right vehicle for quite some time. They had it, and it was a pure pleasure working with them. No funny stuff, no extra add on's I didn't want or need. Sales team (especially Larry) wasn't pushy or rude. We had our own financing; which was not an issue. We were in and out in under 20 mins.
This is a dealer I would send my grand mother too! And I wouldn't have a single worry. Simply Enumclaw's best! I can't recommend anyone else in the Seattle area. 5 stars isn't enough!

Please do not allow this dealership to get you!!! I purchased a truck from here 7 months ago as a birthday gift for my husband…7 MONTHS AGO(please keep that in mind!!) I walked into the dealership wanting to look at this truck i saw via carguru website and was told that there was no “wiggle room” from the $8000 price point it sat at. It was cold and a bit snowy when i came and being a woman, the 2 men that were there told me i could not test drive the vehicle on my own and they would drive for me, reluctant and naive i agreed. If i had driven it myself i would have noticed that not only did it shake upon startup but it definitely was not the truck they preached it to be! They also told me all the fluids had been topped off and was good to go. I bought this truck and not even 2 weeks later the engine light came on!! It would flicker on/off sometimes so i thought nothing of it. Finally took it in to get a oil change after 4 months and was told the engine had a low knock and that all the oil drained was pitch black and had not obviously been changed for atleast 1 YEAR PRIOR‼️‼️‼️ This truck now needs a new/rebuilt engine because of the oil pump failing, ive taken it to multiple mechanics that say this issue was definitely occurring prior to me purchasing it!! I know that buying a used vehicle is always a risk but as a family of 5 we buy these vehicles to not only have no carnote but to last and be of use to our family. We are hard working people that spend our money wisely and all i wanted was to surprise my husband with this truck for his birthday and instead, because of the lies i was told and the negligence to inform me of the REAL issues i could not make the decision on my own whether or not this truck was a good investment. This place just like many others around, only wants your money and to dump off their bad vehicles on people. It couldve been such a good truck and all we ask for is the truth when purchasing something this big but this place is full of it!!

Great customer service the owner and sales team treated my wife and I like family. After seeing what they had online and talking with them on the phone we told them what we were looking for and how much we could afford. With that info they were able to get us the best car for our buck. After working it out with them over the phone we drove all the way from southern Oregon all the way up to Enumclaw. Would and will recommend them to others for a vehicle in the future.

Mike and the guys at Enumclaw auto exchange took such amazing care of us for two vehicle purchases together. We seriously can’t speak highly enough of the care that they took and making sure we were happy and had zero problems with our vehicles. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Bought a Volvo sight unseen from Pittsburgh PA. They ensured me that the car was immaculate and very clean. The car showed up and is one of the nicest vehicles I have seen. They were honest, professional, easy to deal with. Would recommend 100%. I am also a dealer so it’s very nice to have an experience like this. 10/10 would recommend.

I went and purchased a vehicle over the weekend they were awesome as far as to deal with but when I picked up my vehicle the widow sticker that claimed no warranty was torn off the windshield and they didn’t clean it off they never detailed this rig they might have cleaned the carpet so the rig was nasty dirty mold on seat belt they said they cleaned it twice !! Moral of the story !! I reccomend Mike to talk with you Larry is there mechanic he told me wrong on the finance but that is not his fault Mike jumped in and saved the day !!

After spending $7000 in totals worth of monthly payments , on my car that gave me nothing but problems since the first month I got it, I was told that it would be a waste of their time to get a trade in value, or schedule a test drive if I didn’t want to get the car that day, even after I paid my car off early, and have attempted to refer multiple people to this location, anyone who is looking for a reliable car, would want to drive the car first before making a final decision whether they buy the car or not. My overall experience was not the best, and I hope that in the future they can supply people with cars that are actually going to last the amount of time they are supposed to, and don’t end up needing all of these extra repairs that shouldn’t be needed after just purchasing a car, this dealerships standards for selling cars is low, and I would recommend somewhere else.

I came here too early first time. Tracy offered to make me a good deal and I knew I had to test drive more of these older model Subarus. I’m a FL girl so AWD is new to me. I also knew I wanted the rubber mats, good tires, and a back up camera. So, my budget was for 2010’s and older in Seattle. Finding this beautiful 2013 with only 2 owners who cared for the car well I was thrilled. Chris was great to share the features I didn’t even realize the car had. So, I doubled back after securing the car with a small deposit. The paperwork was easy and I walked away with everything AND MORE I wanted at a price in line with my budget. Thank you Chris and Tracy for bringing good cars at great prices and with dignity and kindness. I’ll let you know when I’m ready to buy again.
