I bought my car from this Enumclaw DCJR dealership and couldn't be happier! It was my first car purchase, and they made the whole process super easy and stress-free. The sales team took the time to make sure I was going to be happy with my purchase and that it fit my needs. The test drive was a breeze, and they answered all my questions without making me feel like a total newbie. The financing process was straightforward, and I drove off the lot feeling confident in my purchase. Would definitely recommend giving them a shot if you're a first-time buyer like me! Service hasn't always gone smoothly here, but they've always been great about addressing any issues. I've been bringing the Hellcat & Durango SRT here for years.

Their Service Department was awesome to me and I hadn't even bought the Jeep from them. Shari from Service Department is super helpful. So I bet their Sales Department is as awesome. I came to them from 40 miles away on a recommendation from a mechanic who regeared my Jeep. This is the best CDJR dealership in Western WA. Don't go to any other dealer, come to this place. 5 stars!

Absolutely the Best service I have ever encountered at any dealership! Bob, Sheri and team really went above and beyond any expectations we could have had. I had a couple issues come up with my Jeep this spring, every encounter from a service standpoint was top notch! Part shortages with procurement is a real thing that all businesses currently deal with and they are not immune to it either , but the professionalism and personalism is really refreshing. Ultimately my engine blew and again Bob and Sheri went over the top with the work they put in to get my Jeep back on the road with a new engine! They battled with the warranty for me tirelessly and ultimately got us a win all around. I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you so very much.

We had a great experience buying our car from Paul at Enumclaw CDJR! He was friendly, straightforward, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. We drove an hour to get to the dealership, and it was absolutely worth it—we’d gladly do it again. Everyone we interacted with was kind and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there, which made for an even better atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This place has horrible after purchase customer service! After weeks of phone calls between this dealership's managers and FCA US LLC, we were told that they refuse to order the part that we need. The people that work here have no concern for the customer and blantlantly refuse to follow FCA's advise. Whatever you do, stay far, far away from this dealership!

while getting service on my ram 3500 looked around the lot at jeeps with salesman Colby. He explained all the different options on all the models and steered me towards a 2024 willys. It has all the things i needed without all the things i didn't. Gave me a great quote and called me a few days later when there was another price drop. Great communication and service. He went the extra mile for me and would go back again
