You can be hopeful that you’ve called a great florist when you ask if she does same day delivery and it’s 3pm and she says, “yeah, I think we can make that work.” But you will know you’ve called a great florist when she asks to put you on hold for a second because she has her hands full of flowers. She texted me later that evening to be sure my mother checks the front door because when she dropped off the flowers, no one was home. This is the type of hospitality that brings joy and I’m lucky to have ordered flowers with them. This experience made my day and made my mother’s birthday special.”
