Gary (manager) is rude and hostile. He raised his voice at a customer, and refused to cash a corporate check written from key bank. Absolutely will be filing a complaint with the corporate office after seeing how he treats his customers, and his employees.

Just a few months ago I started an account with Key bank because they offered a new account incentive and I was so feed up with another bank in town. I am so pleased with Key Bank !!!! Excellent customer service, always friendly and efficient. They actually answer the phone and talk with their customers. Recommend Highly!

This branch answered their phone before the 4th ring. They listened to the frustration I was having with an estate matter at another bank and got me in the next day for an appointment. Jeni McCurdy greeted me when I walked in, didn't make me wait, was courteous and kind as she helped to set up the estate account. She offered information I didn't know in an informational way, not condescending. I look forward to working with Keybank in the future. The other bank? I can't remember the name.... hmmmm.

From what I've experienced, for a small town, the lines here are big city long. I'm not going to dock them any stars though because the staff is really friendly, and does everything in their power to get you in and out ASAP.
