I'd steer clear if you enjoy keeping the parts on your car and want it back in the same condition as you brought it in as
If you do take it in for anything take a complete head to toe video of your car beforehand because they'll try and tell you everythings fine when your car suddenly has parts swapped and doesn't work

Had a screw or nail in my tire from working the fireworks stands down by the muckleshoot casino in July! Didn't have to pay a thing! Took care of everything. Just took 3 hrs!

Took my jeep rubicon for a simple screw removal from tire and a plug installed. Not many customers there. Receptionist said give us a hour. I came back over hour later hadn't been touched. She said give us 30 more I said no I will go do it myself. Her rude comment was well we get busy on Saturdays. If you're too busy why didn't you say that in the first place??? No more Les Schwab for me. DONE

Our dolly had a flat, and we decided to change both tires. Tires at Home Depot and other places were only available days later. We tried our luck at Les Schwa and were pleasantly surprised. First, its web site allows the customer to insert all data and specifics. Second, the desk actually used this inputs upon arrival. We dropped off the dolly, played a round of golf and picked it up afterwards. The total price for two new tires, installation, taxes and other fees was $250. Take a bow, Les Schwab!

Les Schwab used to be about service, but that's not the case anymore.
Regularly takes half a day to get a thirty minute job done.

Schwab customer for years, and this location did me dirty. Got a issue address, and ended up with new problems that didnt exist previously. Spent over 1k trying to get it solved, went to another location, and finally had to go to a independent shop which found problems that neither addressed. I wouldn't trust these guys with anything more than a new set of tires.

I can't say enough good things about this store! Last year, I bought a used truck, and shortly after, I found a screw in one of the tires—not even from this company or store. They removed the screw, patched it up, and sent me on my way without charging me a dime, despite not having made any previous purchases there. This incredible act of kindness is what brought me back when I needed airbags for better towing the next month. They offered a fantastic deal, beating the RV dealer's price by an astonishing 50%.
These great experiences led me to buy tires from them. As someone who thoroughly researches tires before buying, I was initially hesitant because they carry many house brands that lack third-party reviews. However, the trust I had built from my previous experiences convinced me to go for it, knowing they would take care of any issues. I walked in without an appointment, and 90 minutes later, I had new tires on my truck. It drove smoothly down the street, and I’m excited to test them out while towing my travel trailer across the state tomorrow.
I went with the Open Range A/T Plus 275/60 R20 made by Mazama on my RAM 1500 Truck.
Huge thanks to Kaylee and the team! You’ve earned a loyal customer for life!

I've always liked Les Schwab but when I reluctantly agreed to wait 2-3 hours for new tires and then it takes 5½ hours.... Who would want to wait ANYWHERE for 5½ hours. I felt like they where just stacking the cars to fill there day and not being honest with me about the real wait time. If I had been able to leave and go about my day and come back later, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but I was stuck there. Everybody's time is valuable, I feel like they owe me a discount. I still like Les Schwab services but that day waiting 5½ hours is unacceptable!
In store at 10:40am and left at 4:15pm!

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon after getting a flat tire on our drive up to Crystal. The staff was so friendly here and was able to help plug the original tire & get us back on the road within an hour. Les Schwab for the win!
