Mail Express is a community gem with top notch and very kind customer service. The staff is great, professional, and aims to get customers in and out quickly. Customers are always greeted with a friendly hello. The service has improved dramatically and is a pleasure. The business offers a variety of products including a small selection of office supplies, a large selection of shipping containers, several types of shipping tape, and a selection of greeting cards for any occasion. They also offer gift wrapping service. A convenient feature is their database that keeps previous mailing addresses on file. A delightful touch is the little candy bowl on the counter with candies like jolly ranchers and dum dums for customers to enjoy. It is a lucky and appreciated business to have in town.
The staff was so great! It was going to cost us $25 to return a gift that was defective in the first place. They suggested we go back to the company and we did and now the shipping is free!! Thank you!!
