Meat Shops near Enumclaw, WA

“Amazing selection of meats, smoked sausages, and cheeses - Stopped to get some items for a picnic. The woman behind the counter was helpful in letting us know what they had in stock, and we purchased a piece of PNW hot smoked salmon, smoked Gouda, and an imported salami, but had samples been offered of any of the products (we made our decisions just hoping we’d like what we picked + we were gazing at & discussing their landjaeger, jerky, pepperoni, etc) our purchase amount would have been triple. We are a bit shy to ask to try b4 we buy & most local producers we’ve visited across the USA have implored us to try their specialties. Turned out to be a great stop for our wallet, but a missed opportunity for the shop. All in all, we were happy with what we picked, the imported salami was quality, the smoked Gouda outstanding, and the salmon was better than average. We would return if we were passing through the area again to pick up a piece of their smoked Gouda & possibly be more assertive to ask try out their pepperoni and other specialties.”
