Love these guys, completely honest mechanics are a God send. Last time I was there they even fixed a few things I hadn’t noticed, pleasantly surprised with their friendliness. Fair pricing. Great service.

Mike’s guys took care of some rotted hard lines for my brakes (East Coast Car 😌). When he was done with the original work order, (Quickly & for a fair price) - Mike let me know that they located the oil leak coming from my front crank seal. I agreed to have the tech change the timing belt, water pump/gasket, all of the cogs & timing belt tensioner & oil level sensor along with all of the seals up front since they had to remove all of that stuff anyways to get to the crank seal . They discovered and took care of another issue they found in the process. Changed the oil & filter while they were at it. 💪🏻
Everything said and done for quality parts and labor, it was just over $3k. I had my Subaru back by noon on the second day they needed to get the additional work done. The car runs great - and it stops now too! 😌
I would definitely bring my vehicle back to them to take care of critical work like this.

I live out of state, and while visiting my daughter (who lives in Seattle) Brought my daughter‘s Kia in for a standard oil change while visiting Mount Rainier State Park. Guys were quick, professional, and very reasonably priced. I brought it in two hours early to my appointment time and they were able to squeeze me in so I can get out quickly. Unfortunately, due to scheduling constraints on my end, I did not have time for them to do the full diagnosis on an oil leak. They did provide what I considered a good quick consultation on what could be the likely cause. I’m well acquainted with performing automotive maintenance and repair, I could tell not only first hand, but also while waiting for my work to be completed These guys are trustworthy while over hearing conversations with other customers. Have no fear, You can have full confidence in Mike and his team. Thank you, Mike for running an honest and professional automotive service business!

GREAT Customer Service!!! Called and spoke with Mike about a vehicle serviced that I was considering purchasing as the CARFAX report indicated Mike's Auto Clinic serviced the vehicle. Mike was very polite and took the time to review the diagnosis of the vehicle. If I'm ever in the area and need my vehicle serviced, I'll make a point to stop by Mike's Auto Clinic. Mike got my car in immediately to diagnose engine light. Found MAJOR problem. Called a local KIA service department on my behalf and gave them all my cars info, (as it is most likely covered under KIA's warranty.) Got me a name to get foot in the door to be able to take next steps for them to confirm problem and do repair. He didn't charge me for his diagnostic. He could have just done repairs at his shop (probably over $5,000). He could have told me to call the KIA people myself to figure out warranty etc. It is so hard to find people in business who are willing to do the right thing. Mike is kind and has real integrity. God bless him!

I am very disappointed with the service at Mike's. They told me my catalytic converter was bad, had it replaced for $2k then Mike says you know there are 2 catalytic converters right......um no I did not know that and honestly had I known that BEFORE I replaced the first one I probably wouldn't have replaced it, my car was running fine it was just throwing codes.....So 2 weeks later my check engine light comes back on and the 2nd catalytic converter is bad. He makes me feel like he's being honest and says he'll do it at his cost so just $1k more (read carefully between the lines, he made $1k off of me on the first one, for a few hour job) I take it in to get it done. Friday before Mother's day. I call at 2pm to see if he will have it done before closing, he says yes. I then go ahead and make Reservations for Mother's day weekend and at 2:30 he calls me back and let's me know he ordered the wrong catalytic converter and it won't be done till Monday. Cannot cancel Mother's day weekend Reservations that close to time to go so I'm out that $ now also. So Monday comes around and he calls me, they got the wrong gasket it will take a bit longer. Finally it's "done" so I pick it up and give him his $1k. I had an appointment that I had to get to.....I get a few miles down the road and call Mike because I have a pretty loud exhaust leak that I DID NOT have before taking it to them to get the 2nd catalytic converter replaced. And he says bring it in with a very bad attitude. I do Tuesday morning and he is beyond rude to me and says there IS NOT an exhaust leak! I insist there is so they put it on the lift and yep, there is an exhaust leak. He comes into the office and says "when replacing your 2nd catalytic converter we had an issue with your exhaust lining up and had to shimy it in place, I will replace that part and then I AM DONE WITH YOU!" I was very taken aback, through all that I went through above I was very patient, never gave any issues.....just wanted my car to sound as good as or better than it did before I put $3k into it with them. So he does it and it is much quieter. 3 days later the exhaust leak is back. I take it to another mechanic since MIKE WAS DONE WITH ME AND DOES NOT UPHOLD HIS LABOR WARRANTIES only to find out they used the wrong gasket and seemed to have slapped things back together very poorly which is why it only lasted 3 days. Luckily this mechanic was doing this for free as I was just getting an oil change with him but told him all I had been through and find out they do free inspections. I recommend anyone going to MIKES go to Buckys in Auburn for a FREE second opinion......yes, free inspections so why not?
Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way with Mike's. Before getting each catalytic converter replaced I asked clear as day if they would please inspect manually, not just trust the computer code. He insisted the computer was always right and acted like I was crazy to ask for that.........when I was told he was done with me I asked for my new catalytic converter warranty paperwork and right there in BOLD letters it says WARNING- BEFORE INSTALLING THIS CATALYTIC CONVERTER TO REMEDY A P0420 CODE CHECK FOR VISUAL DAMAGE OR CONTAMINATION.....meaning don't just trust the code, so frustrating how he treated me like I was some kind of idiot to ask they check it and not just trust the code. I learned a very valuable lesson, a $3k lesson to never just trust any one place and always get second opinions. I will never know for sure my catalytic converters were bad since they were not manually inspected like the warranty paperwork says to do. Sad way to run a business Mike.
