I have been a customer at O'Reilly's for many years. Across the board their staff always do a great job helping out. I felt compelled to give the Enumclaw store a review for going above and beyond. My RAM 1500 had a lug key pattern that just wasn't matching anything in the store...after several attempts checking different ones, Jeff was able to find one in the back. The staffs dedication and persistence was greatly appreciated!!

I go through the Enumclaw location and their customer service is over the top! If they don’t have what I need they go above and beyond to get it to me asap. Great people to work with!

Well I recently had to order a part from these guys. It was a specialized large fuse up in the engine area called a resistor or a relay. We weren't sure which of the five different fuses that are assigned to the fan blower for the heater inside the car. It was a $23 part, they charged me a fee for ordering it and a delivery charge. Plus it took over 2 weeks. Hopefully it will solve my problem. Everything else aside, customer service has always been excellent here no matter what happens and no matter what I pay. And I do completely appreciate all the help I have gotten every time. Thanks you guys.
