“I love this little post office. I’m not super savvy on packaging and shipping stuff out but anytime I come here with questions or not completely sure what to do, the staff has always been so kind and helpful. And they are always so friendly and sweet to my kids. They do an amazing job here! The parking lot is very, very small with I believe only 4 parking spots, just as a heads up!”
“I had an excellent experience with Julie at the Black Diamond Post Office while applying for my child’s passport. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She carefully explained every step, made sure all of our documents were in order, and helped everything go smoothly. Applying for a child’s passport can be stressful, but Julie made it easy and pleasant. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and dedication. She is a great asset to the USPS, and I truly appreciate all of her help. Highly recommended!”

“I’m so surprised this location only has 2.4 stars. Anytime I’ve gone in the employees working were always helpful on top of being kind and personable. I don’t usually write reviews but was just so shocked by the lower rating!”

“All the employees at the Enumclaw Post office are wonderful. They go out of their way to be helpful and informative. Feel lucky to have such great people in my local USPS office.”
