Absolutely horrible service, and not just once or twice but multiple times. They do not fill prescriptions when they say they are going to and cause patients to go on and off medications from it. I tried giving grace but after calling multiple times and then coming in to see no line and them just chatting. Definitely changing pharmacies after this time!

I’ve had 2 prescriptions (not in stock) at Walgreens and you guys had them both and you were fast and efficient and friendly and I’m so grateful for you all! Thank you 👏👏

Better than the walgreens across the street. I have to beg and plead with walgreens to get my diabetic medication. They are always 3 to 5 days late(as in i run out of my 28 day supply insurance will allow) and im stuck without meds for days.
This safeway is proactive and keeps my meds stocked. I have never missed a dose because of them.

I have had to go to this pharmacy many different times for many different reasons, and their communication is horrible. They have never once let me know if they are unable to fill a prescription so days go by and I always have to call and ask where it is and then they get annoyed that I call as if I’m supposed to know that they can’t fill a prescription

The sign on the store says open 24 hours but closes at. 9:00 pm. Other than that I was pleased with my visit to the store . They had everything that I came in for . I would recommend it to anyone looking for a grocery store in Enumclaw.

Please show these employees respect. They are non stop from open to close. I get all my meds filled here. Once I witnessed an old man yelling at an employee cause she would not give him $10 in quarters. I looked at the guy and said this is not a bank it’s a pharmacy.

Couldn't answer a simple question. She didn't say anything, put me on 'hold', the phone started ringing like she transferred me, someone answered, didn't say anything and immediately put me back on hold. Wow.

They are the most unprofessional people I dealt with. They are so snotty.. I been in the business for 30 years and I would of been fired if I did my job like they do. The big shot that is the pharmacist thinks he is a Dr. And is so stupid and thinks he wants to argue.. I quit going there and will never do business again. Good luck.....

At first, I gave this pharmacy a one-star rating due to multiple occasions where I had problems with their technicians. I decided to speak with a manager about my experience, as a former customer service representative, to allow them to make it right. My last experience involved a prescription with an incorrect date. It took three in-person visits and three phone calls, along with waiting in long lines, to finally resolve the issue. Instead of being contacted or informed, I was given the runaround, which caused me to be without my medication for a few days. One of the pharmacy's long-time employees suggested that I ask for the pharmacist's assistance as soon as I arrive, instead of the technicians, and so far, that has worked. I'm disappointed that this pharmacy has had so many issues, and I hope they can improve their staffing to provide better service.

Worst pharmacy ever. I have tried to give them a chance for a few years and continue to be disappointed. I am done with them and moving to a better pharmacy.
