“The only issue I had was with the key return box. I returned my rental at 7:15pm (after the office was closed) so I used the key return box as directed. However, the top of the Ford key was wider than the key slot - I had to jam it through, probably made a mark on the top of they key, but I had no choice to force it through as the key was wider than the slot... The attendant that helped check out the vehicle was A+, kind and helpful.”
“This is an awesome location. They are clean. They’re friendly. I had overlapping rentals and wasn’t sure how to coordinate that and they made it so simple combined both of my reservations into one contract. I will absolutely use Enumclaw self storage again.”

“Crystal was very helpful & friendly. D was friendly too, she gave me a couple cold bottles of water while I was there unloading the U-Haul truck. Storage units and grounds are very clean. Got a reasonable rate on my units.
