I’ve been with US Bank for 30 years & have never had a problem. They are usually easy to work with. Maybe the people who are complaining don't have patience or they themselves weren’t polite.

It's confusing to some people when you post the hours of operation online that says a time and then you go to the branch and the hours of operation or completely different it would be helpful if they would fix either online hours or the hours on the door so they match up and make it less confusing for some people
