Nathaniel not only helped me once with my typical bad luck, but two different days that neither one of us wanted to deal with by the time it came to it. But he did with no hesitation. Staying after store closing hours with my new phone transfer associated with my business account, not to mention the amount of customers that walked through the door that he interacted with and made sure their needs were identified and taken care of in the right order as he was on speakerphone with my process (with another Verizon member on the phone) was truly inspiring. I couldn’t believe he wasn’t already a manager when I brought it up at the end. 100% no doubt at all whoever is in charge give this guy a raise. Period! 10/10! Thank you so much Nathaniel! Joseph helped me right as I walked in and explained everything in detail, about a million times because I take a while to understand things. He helped me upgrade my phone and told me every cost to expect and helped me lower my bill (autopay) etc. He was so patient with me as I asked 12,000 questions and was so helpful.
As my phone was transferring, Joseph went to help another lady that he greeted a few minutes prior. She was absolutely horrible to him!! She treated him like he was st*pid and talked down to him in a way that disgusted me. He was so patient with her, kept trying to help her and explain things, kept a professional attitude and even when I went off on her for being awful to him, he continued to help her and brushed everything else off. He looks so young so for him to handle that kind of disrespect as well as he did, I was truly amazed. As a 35 year old woman, I couldn’t even keep it together but him, in his early twenties I believe, he handled himself so well and I think about that a lot.

Caleb tried to take advantage of a senior citizen for $300. Thank God I was able to come in and make them fix it. Xfinity is less shady than this store. Do not do business with Verizon, and if you do, don't do it with this location. Cassidy is lovely though.

I was with a horrible carrier, I've just lost my husband, trying to save money, I just couldn't take this carrier any longer!!! I was told go to Verizon again and again!!! I just couldn't get the time with all funeral arrangements etc.. ?? I missed the fabulous sale, I gave up. Few time's a week I'd drive by, I finally stopped I t was time and nothing was going to stop me. I walked in scared alone, my husband handled this kind of thing's, I was greeted with smiles abwonder woman, store manager welcomed me, I sat relieved!! She just took hold of the situation SOO professional, sharp!!! Kind, beyond helpful!! Smile and got everything done. Taught me, cleaned out and up. I'll be back, I'm going to get the ultra24 how!!! I'm a forever customer forever!!! SOO relieved!!! ????????? ✌️??
