First of all this store is very understaffed. I spent an average of one hour in line waiting for my prescription for the first time switching from Safeway pharmacy to Walgreens because of the location but it was a mistake. The phone access to Walgreens is ridiculous. You can’t even talk to anyone for at least 10 to 30 minutes. You’re on hold I do not recommend Walgreens to anyone!

The pharmacy needs work. You might be short staffed but the choice isn’t providing less service. It’s being customer focused, polite, and open about it. Closing the drive-through with a paper sign in the window, because you’re shortstaffed is a bad choice and laziness on the staffs part. A lot of people use this pharmacy because they’re disabled and can’t come into the store.Apparently 2 techs and a pharmacist is short staffed.Last month, I was told one of my medication‘s was backordered. On a whim I stopped by later that day, and was told they actually have it and it’s not back ordered. Stop messing with peoples health.Yet another ridiculous venture to this pharmacy. If your pharmacy is shorthanded, you probably shouldn’t be getting your garbage together for the end of the night when you still have an hour before closing time. You should help customers waiting to get their prescriptions. You could at least say hello. Walgreens corporate needs to do better. Customer service is just not important to them anymore and it’s obvious they don’t train people how to do it.

I stopped in here to see if I could get a flu shot. They were too busy, and just ignored me as I waited at the window for vaccinations. I left, and went to Walmart, where I waited a few seconds. It was busy, but they were better equipped to handle more patients.

Went to Walgreens to get my second shingles shot since Rite Aid is closed. I was told I had to schedule an appointment online. I tried that. They have no appointments open for the next month within 25 miles of me by the time I get an appointment at Walgreens, I have to start all over again

Rudest pharmacy ever I get they are swamped with the closing of rite aid but they cannot even help me find an alternative to get my pain medication fully filled and to find an alternative instead of partial filling my med with what they have and telling me to come back later in the month. After this month I will never use this pharmacy again.

Spent almost 2 hours on hold and no answer , all the prescriptions for me and my family takes forever to process, so disappointing that am seriously considering going to another pharmacy for all of my family

Called on phone and they told me that vaccine would be free. Didn’t ask anything about insurance. Drove an hour to get there and they turned me away. Said they’re “busy” so they don’t tell people. Go someplace else.

Waited on hold an hour and 20 minutes to find out why a prescription ordered a week ago has not arrived yet. After an hour and 29 minutes a person finally answered ask me to hold!, put me back on hold, and then approximately 5-10 minutes later the system hung up on me. Called to speak to someone outside the pharmacy, they put me back on hold, system said it's having difficulty and hung up on me. Still no meds and no answers. Glad I'm not dying due to lack of medication. Ridiculous.

Pharmacy staff completely incompetent. Refused to give me a TD booster after I stepped on a nail. Argued with me and told me they didn’t have time to explain, 10 employees, 2 customers, I was there on time for my appointment and they acted like they were slammed when the place was empty. Called later and told me they were mistaken and that I could come back to get the booster, no thanks, unbelievable these people have jobs, included and especially the manager

How is there still no way to rate less than one star?! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere…….like run. The pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude.

Terrible service! On hold for 50 minutes, staff that I talked to at the drive up window was rude and unhelpful. Changing pharmacies ASAP.

Been waiting 5 days for my Asthma inhaler. Been calling for 2 days to see what the status is but no one answers the phones. Had issues with the Maple Valley pharmacy too. Think it's Walgreens in general. Time to change.

The worst customer service EVER at this pharmacy. Made me come back 3 times in one day due to miscommunication on their end. Made me circle around and wait back in line on the 3rd time since THEY never filled my prescriptions still. Honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Do NOT go here.
