Walgreens offers friendly and helpful service, even when lines are super long. Pharmacists are fast, prompt, direct, and empathetic, filling prescriptions quickly before closing. Employees are wonderful and awesome, with no problem reported. Customers praise the great customer service, quick and super friendly staff at the walk in counter. However, many items are out of inventory, hard to catch at the right time, and when asked about restocking, nobody seems to know, which is irritating. Overall, Walgreens is known for fast, efficient care, but inventory issues can be frustrating.
