Had a prescription sent to them by the ER at the hospital that I needed right away. Took me 3 days to get it filled. They're always 'running late'. They either need more help or more efficient help. Very disappointed. Never had this problem before at this store but they need to get it shaped up!

Went for the 1st time today to pick up my Migraine Medication since Rite Aid referred us all there. Great Customer Service. Fast & Efficient at the counter (Walk in not the drive thru) Thank you for making the change great! The lady who helped me was Quick and super friendly.

Waited on hold an hour and 20 minutes to find out why a prescription ordered a week ago has not arrived yet. After an hour and 29 minutes a person finally answered ask me to hold!, put me back on hold, and then approximately 5-10 minutes later the system hung up on me. Called to speak to someone outside the pharmacy, they put me back on hold, system said it's having difficulty and hung up on me. Still no meds and no answers. Glad I'm not dying due to lack of medication. Ridiculous.

This is not bad, especially if you don't own a computer. If you are a computer I think Google photos is much better than this. Having said that this is still not a bad deal

Pharmacy staff completely incompetent. Refused to give me a TD booster after I stepped on a nail. Argued with me and told me they didn't have time to explain, 10 employees, 2 customers, I was there on time for my appointment and they acted like they were slammed when the place was empty. Called later and told me they were mistaken and that I could come back to get the booster, no thanks, unbelievable these people have jobs, included and especially the manager.

Working in a pharmacy is very stressful. The phone doesn’t stop ringing. All day long. These employees are great. All the techs and pharmacists. At this Walgreens you actually get treated like it’s a mom and pop pharmacy.

The worst customer service EVER at this pharmacy. Made me come back 3 times in one day due to miscommunication on their end. Made me circle around and wait back in line on the 3rd time since THEY never filled my prescriptions still. Honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Do NOT go here.

I have to say a big thank you to the staff in the pharmacy... My husband ran out of his prescription allergy meds recently and the bottle said there were no refills left and I called our doctors office and they told me no there should be refills left... I called the pharmacy and they confirmed there were no refills but they said they would make the call. Within 24 hours they not only had gotten it approved but had filled the prescription for me... Makes a real difference in how my husband gets through his day so I really appreciate it.

Consistently terrible service, consistently long hold times, long wait times, I have been trying to "make it work" with Walgreens in this location for over a year and I'm just done. Never again. My last and final visit, I had to come in because it was too confusing for them on drive through. NO ONE was there, three employees barely looked over, when I finally said "Hello" someone glanced over and said it will be a few! After 5 mins, I was helped. There has NEVER been an "easy" transaction.

The Asian Pharmacist named Jennifer was extremely rude. So was the elder lady working the drive through window as well. She talks to customers like they're stupid and with an attitude. They need some serious attitude adjustments. You signed up to be a pharmacist and work in a pharmacy. Don't give customers an attitude because you're having a bad day. We all have jobs and most of us don't bring our attitudes to work. Leave yours at home or get a new career.

Come here if you want 3 Walgreens employees to ignore you at once and say things like "are you serious" after your 4 year old son pukes. I stood there so no one would step in it or anything. I apologized multiple times.. and asked if I could do anything. All 3 of the employees ignored me & the rude b$&/?! that came from out of the back of the store looked at the Luke on the floor and said very loudly "are you serious" and to which I tried to ignore but I have my 3 kids who also feel very uncomfortable with all of this going on. I hear her huffing and puffing from 3 or 4 aisles away... so my mama bear comes out and I say "is there a problem that my son threw up?!" Like I planned it??? WTH. She laughed quietly and the lady who does the checking out in the front said ," no... of course not.. we just have to get the kit" I understand it's gross... to clean up puke... but omg the treatment me and my family got here is enough to where I will never go back and I will definitely tell everyone I know
