I am soo pleased with my customer service today! My banking expert was Shane! He took care of all my banking needs! Can not recommend this bank and my experience as a 10 but I was beyond satisfied! I tend to ask a lot of questions when it comes to my money. So patient and kind! He even recruited the manager ( Tonja I believe?) to answer even more questions and help out. I truly feel valued as a customer!

Went to open up a account,was treated like a 5 year old,I think the manager acts like a 2 year old,walked out,no account

When I moved to Ephrata Wa. there was no Banner bank. I was super bummed and thought I would have to switch banks after being with them for 10+ years. I started using the one in Moses Lake and a few months later.... bam! Banner bank in Ephrata! Super thrilled to get to know the people that work there and the bank manager and his assistant manager are great to work with. Highly recommend banking with them.

We inherted this bank when it took over our previous bank. I really have no complaints. It seems to serve our needs fine. I appreciate having access to safe deposit boxes. They have a really nice building that is roomy inside and out.

I am from out of town and really needed to get cash out. This was the first bank i saw so i put my card in their ATM. Of course I expected a fee since I have a different bank, and that was ok. But instead the machine instantly demagnetized my card, leaving me stranded and without money. There was no sign or warning that this would happen. And the people working inside did not seem to care at all.
