Several weeks I’ve had problems getting my groceries delivered on the day I requested. Yesterday the girl told me, in a very rude tone, the only way to insure I get my groceries is to come and fetch them myself. I pay monthly for this service and I expect to be able to use it. My order was rescheduled several times to the point where I wanted to cancel it. They would no answer my calls so my fiancé called and they told him that I am a liar and the interactions from the day before did not happen and if I wanted to cancel it I had to do it myself and a refund “wasn’t going to happen” there is one girl who works back with the grocery delivery who is sweet and helpful and I wish I knew her name but everyone else has been absolutely rude. I will be using other services for my groceries going forward.

was just in store and was very disappointed to see many customers ignoring the mask requirements. I guess signs are only for people that read (or can read) them. also mentioned to two venders stocking shelves that they were required to wear masks, along with employee talking to vender... they both ignored me. Two other employees did not have masks, one guy with beard stocking milk case and woman employee walking around with out mask. This is a sad commentary on poor management, but guess it's to be expected as it's wallmart.... sad, pathetic and un called for... if the store doesn't care about it's customers, why should I....

If you buy anything from the electronics department I recommend you all to double check you’re order. Today my boyfriend went to buy some AirPods Pro and didn’t notice that the box wasn’t wrapped until he got home. The only thing that was in the box was the charger and the AirPod gummies but the actual air pods with the box were missing . He went back to the Walmart and all they said was “there is nothing we can do about it” they said they checked the cameras but they couldn’t tell if there was plastic or not around the box when they handed it to him but they didn’t bother to investigate any further.

The guys at the drive thru were great!!! Walmart needs to pick people who are doing the right thing in not spreading the virus, pick their items after you stock and before you open. Not fair that those of us who are at high risk can't get what we need cause you have them pick ours first and then stock!!! Not right at all
