I have been taking my dogs to Dr Brown for over 15years. I have needed emergency care only twice during those 15 years and both times we were turned away. Once was 5 years ago when my 15 year old dog was attacked and bleeding! A wonderful vet in Wenatchee took us in and cared for my elderly dog. The other was last month when my 6 week old puppy was very very sick following the vaccinations she received there! That turned into a $500 visit to the pet hospital in the TriCities. The staff at Ephrata Vet are so incredibly rude and insensitive it makes me wonder if they even like animals. My family and most of my friends have started going out of town for pet care because that's where you get sent if you need help anyway.

Dr. Brown and his staff are amazing. They went above and beyond trying to save our Bentley. Their skills and compassion are second to none!!

The staff is not very kind, and the doctor does not like cats at all. He can also be very stubborn and acts like he knows everything. Ended up going to a different vet and they were wrong. They also can not do any emergencies. The only way you get good service is if you know them personally.

I was visiting family in Ephrata and had an issue with my doggo, Hannah and EVC were absolutely amazing and helpful when they didn't have to be! They helped my dog but also saved me from being an anxious mess :)

Visiting Ephrata for only a short period, dog had a minor issue, I called Ephrata Veterinary Clinic and Hannah listened to be briefly explain issue, she assured me to continue the protocol we were already doing and not to worry unless conditioned worsened. Just a reassuring convo like that can make all the difference. I'd called our regular vet in Portland OR first, and they were NOT helpful in the slightest. Shout out to Hannah!

I went in a few days ago hoping to get an appointment within a week. They said they were booked 6 WEEKS OUT!!!! I Cannot believe this. My cat needs emergency medical care. Plus, a few years ago, another cat was deathly ill. We took it to them and they turned us away. He died on the way to the vet 20+ miles away! I'm moving to a place where a vet has room for massive emergencies. These guys are so unprofessional!!!! ,
