Helpful, got my taxes straight for me.Edit: They're not great with freelancers/gig workers after more research at home. I was advised to file the wrong paperwork, and my agent had to Google to find any information. I simply used IRS free filing options instead, saving myself $55 dollars for the incorrect paperwork. I ended up paying $100 less on my taxes with the schedule SE instead of 1&2. That's 150 dollars saved by using the IRS official site and simply following instructions that my prep agent couldn't find even with the correct keywords.

We had made an appointment for 730pm should up 20 minutes early and the H&R rep had taken in another walk in. We waited and were not acknowledged for 15 minutes. We then we were told to go online to agree to the work we had dropped off. WHY do you require an appointment for nothing?? Won't use them again.?

The tax professional, Laura Belino was very quick in preparing my return and answered all my questions for current and future filings. The staff in reception was also very professional and the lobby was freshly sanitized.
