Had them rebuild my NV5600 a few months back. This is a hard transmission to rebuild. The guys did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. Transmission has been shifting smoother than ever and holding the power of a turned up Cummins with no issues. Very pleased with the work. Bunch of good ole boys doing great work day in and day out.

Bad customer service with bad attitude. Moreover, managed to automatically lose the car key along with other House, P.O. box, etc that was attached to the car keychain?

My vehicle started making a funny noise, figured it was a transmission issue, so I calked Mike’s, who was at least 4 weeks out - which I understood. 3 weeks later, she’s ready to go! Great service, I was referred to them by a friend who had his transmission done and was happy. I just hit 1000 miles, figured it was time to thank them for under promising and over delivering! Great work, great service, and I would highly recommend! Very happy with the work completed on my rig!

I am so happy I brought my car for its new transmission to Mike's. Tommy, the new owner, is a no nonsense kinda Man. If you don't listen to him, you really don't want your car fixed.

I've never had Mike work on any of my vehicles. But if his service skill are as good has his willingness to be helpful and answers questions, he is probably unbelievable. I was having trouble with my transmission on my diesel. He walked through the issue with me verbally and helped me get my own answer. All the while knowing he may not get any real work out of it. Very helpful and logically methodical in his reasoning and deductions.Thank you for the help. If I do have trouble with my transmission, I definitely know where to go.

Mike owner of Mike's Transmission is a stand up pillar of the Ephrata community.His skills in the shop at top shelf! He was able to diagnose and fix an issue for me same day... in the afternoon. Prices were reasonable, his staff was friendly and the restroom was clean.I wouldn't hesitate recommending him and his shop to the stranded traveler or local looking to get more out of their Plymouth Superbird.

While moving to Indiana from Washington, the transmission went out in my diesel truck! I had my truck towed there late Friday night. They were closed for the weekend, so I went in first thing Monday morning! Talked with Mike about getting it fixed as quick as possible. We discussed the process of rebuilding, and parts to be installed. Being in a bind and needing my truck back, Mike was a man of his word and had my truck done by Friday that week!!!!!
