Rite Aid in Ephrata has met all of many needs for patients and families. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and above and beyond, making the experience deeply grateful and amazing. Wait times are more than reasonable and the staff are more than helpful whenever questions arise. The pharmacy staff help with drugs and stock, and the entire staff is always happy to help. The location is clean, quiet, and respectable, offering free flu and Covid shots with insurance, walk‑in and appointments via website, and free face asks. A wide variety of candy, medication, hygiene, makeup, and snacks is available, and the quick ring‑up keeps customers satisfied. Phone line is often unanswered, so in‑person or drive‑up service is preferred. N‑95 is also provided.

My daughter went through a heart transplant and the Ephrata Rite Aid has met all of our MANY needs. They have gone above and beyond for us and I am DEEPLY GRATEFUL for the amazing care they have given us during this difficult process. Amazing work. Can’t recommend enough.
