Finally a very nice woman at the counter! But this pharmacy is a train wreck. If you & your doctors care at all about your health don't even get started. They have so many supply-chain problems that you can literally be waiting weeks for your medications. How they remain a licensed pharmacy God only knows.

We spent around 320$ on the grocery pick-up service at about 12:00pm. It was scheduled for us to pick up at 6:00pm. 6:00pm comes around and I’m receiving text messages that the order is running late, and they will let us know when it will be ready. I call at 6:30pm and asked if they could go ahead and hold onto our order because we were going to be running late. I was given to the manager Kevin I believe his name was, and was told to cancel our order, he made it out to be an Inconvenience for him, and explained there was no one there to fill our order. And it sounds like there was never any intention to fill it. Why we didn’t receive a call about this is beyond me as it’s 6:30pm at night and they had all afternoon. I politely hang up explain no big deal we can go ahead and cancel it and get our refund. I realize I can’t cancel the order from my side they have to do it. So I called back, he answered (annoyed) and explained he can’t cancel it and I need to come in and talk with the person running that area and have them cancel it. (I live over 30 minutes away). Long story short, I’m out groceries that I’ve been waiting for all day, and the costumer service in which was suppose to be the “manager” seemed to have known nothing and was extremely rude, when I wasn’t even acting mean, I was just asking for some help and trying to figure out what’s going on. My family and I weren’t big on Safeway to begin with and now we will for sure never being going back to Safeway. *update on this my mom called to get a refund, and the manger thought she couldn’t hear him and proceeded to bad mouth about her to employees. What a joke of a manager.

Who should be held accountable when the pharmacy has had your prescription 5days and tell you the 23rd it will be ready and it is not? If said patient happens to end up in hospital or dead because of said issue do we file a grievance against them or the pharmaceutical company for not having delivered enough? Someone has to be held accountable for this lack of consideration for sick and disabled people!

The waiters were nice but they asked me for a different scan points barcode and I was like uhhh but yah the coffee tasted different too and they didn't make it right so I don't know

I am not happy the way the bakery is I was told by a lady named Alisha that safeway does not make fresh french bread anymore they do frozen I am sorry to me that is disgusting I want it fresh I will not get anything from safeway that has to do with the bakery and the lady who was rude.

5 stars for floral (display is amazing. There is always a vase or pot to match up with the arrangement you want. prices are reasonable) 5 starts for bakery (display, products, service) 3 stars for starbucks (the drinks are good but I've never had good service, just okay) 3 stars for the deli (hit or miss with them, the service, the labeling of items, the time things are ready, etc.) 0 stars for the pharmacy - (I cancelled my service and switched to rite-aid. They do not appreciate your business and do not treat anything with urgency. Even after you've stood for 20 min waiting they will still be talking with another customer they just helped about life (the ups & downs of a small town) 5 stars for the management. (They always get it right - if there is an issue they address it)
