The pharmacist assistant is very rude. I asked a question about my meds price because I have "Good RX" that saves me a lot of money and she tossed the paper work across the counter at me. When I told her the price wasn't right she said " I don't know you took the paperwork from me" then she grabbed my phone took it behind the counter to rectify the price to the Good RX on my phone. When she gave me my phone back I said to her " You said I took the paperwork from you, but l asked to see it and you gave it to me. I didn't take it from you." I asked if I had anymore scripts to pick up and she said " I see some that are ready for refill but what do you need?" At this point I said I would call them in. Her additude changed quickly, to more grace. Like she should be anyway to people she don't know what they may be going through. She needs a people less job. Behind the scenes

They seem to be the best level headed pharmacy in town, never have an issue getting my prescriptions from them.

Friendly service. Pill shortages are not their fault. Supply chain is not their fault. Too many people just like to complain. Gotta love the internet! These folks work hard to do their jobs. Give them a break. You aren't the only person they serve!

Finally a very nice woman at the counter! But this pharmacy is a train wreck. If you & your doctors care at all about your health don't even get started. They have so many supply-chain problems that you can literally be waiting weeks for your medications. How they remain a licensed pharmacy God only knows.

We spent around 320$ on the grocery pick-up service at about 12:00pm. It was scheduled for us to pick up at 6:00pm. 6:00pm comes around and I’m receiving text messages that the order is running late, and they will let us know when it will be ready. I call at 6:30pm and asked if they could go ahead and hold onto our order because we were going to be running late. I was given to the manager Kevin I believe his name was, and was told to cancel our order, he made it out to be an Inconvenience for him, and explained there was no one there to fill our order. And it sounds like there was never any intention to fill it. Why we didn’t receive a call about this is beyond me as it’s 6:30pm at night and they had all afternoon. I politely hang up explain no big deal we can go ahead and cancel it and get our refund. I realize I can’t cancel the order from my side they have to do it. So I called back, he answered (annoyed) and explained he can’t cancel it and I need to come in and talk with the person running that area and have them cancel it. (I live over 30 minutes away). Long story short, I’m out groceries that I’ve been waiting for all day, and the costumer service in which was suppose to be the “manager” seemed to have known nothing and was extremely rude, when I wasn’t even acting mean, I was just asking for some help and trying to figure out what’s going on. My family and I weren’t big on Safeway to begin with and now we will for sure never being going back to Safeway.
*update on this my mom called to get a refund, and the manger thought she couldn’t hear him and proceeded to bad mouth about her to employees.
What a joke of a manager.

We had to switch to Safeway because of our Insurance and it has constantly been the worst pharmacy we have ever been to. They never seem to fill new prescriptions on time and they don't answer thier phones so you can find out the status. They force you to drive to the store only to be told it's not ready.

Being a chronic pain patient who needs meds in a timely fashion is NOT happening at this location. Dr faxed in refill Thursday, here it is Saturday and still don't have my meds. Left two messages this morning and they never call back, they don't answer the phones, and the lines are back to the meat department. Disabled, can't stand hours in line.

The waiters were nice but they asked me for a different scan points barcode and I was like uhhh but yah the coffee tasted different too and they didn't make it right so I don't know

Worst Pharmacy. They only gave my mother 3 pills and told her to come back on Monday. The prescription had been requested since Thursday. When you try calling to speak with someone they never answer.

I am not happy the way the bakery is I was told by a lady named Alisha that safeway does not make fresh french bread anymore they do frozen I am sorry to me that is disgusting I want it fresh I will not get anything from safeway that has to do with the bakery and the lady who was rude.
