I do not bank at US bank but I had a check to cash and the check was from US bank so I stopped to cash it at the US bank and because I dont have an account with them they charged me $7 to cash their own $100 check. It would have been cheaper to cash it at Walmart . Not impressed at all!!!!!

U.S bank is a very frustrating place to bank. I personally bank at Chase. The gals that work there are all nice enough BUT, 9 times out of 10 your wait for service is slow as molasses. The last 5 times I've had to make a deposit there the first thing I'm greeted with is Sorry for the wait. That should be the motto at the Ephrata US Bank is we will make you wait, but then we'll apologize when you finally get service, so, Sorry for the wait. On top of that they can't even split a deposit, they use to be able to and all other banks can but not Ephrata US Bank anymore.

Gone are the days of Peggy and old school bankers that actually got out of the chair and fixed things. This is now a bank of corporate drones wasting your time and pretending it's service and while saying “I understand your frustration.†like pre recorded bots.

terrible service. Line of people out the door and they've got one teller working. They have I don't know what handful of windows not open. if there's a full lobby of people in there, needs to be all hands on deck.
