Ah yes, the pinnacle of eco-conscious capitalism: 7-Eleven charged me more to refill my own cup than they would’ve to give me a brand-new plastic cup, lid, and straw. Genius! Why reward sustainability when you can penalize it, right?
Apparently, bringing your own cup is some kind of luxury service now—next time I’ll just toss more plastic into the ocean, it's cheaper. Maybe they’re trying to save the planet by making sure nobody bothers to try.
Thanks for the lesson, 7-Eleven: waste more, pay less. Can’t wait to come back for my discount on single-use garbage.

Staff was rude and disrespectful and yelled at me for apparently using the slurpee machine incorrectly, so much that I stopped filling my slurpee cup halfway through and just walked out. Very disappointing experience! I won't be back there again.

Something fishy seems to go on here in the early hours of the am. I DoorDash late, like between 12 am to 3 am, and noticed they lock the doors for long periods of time for “cleaning.”
At one point I was looking for a snack on my break for literally 3 minutes in there and he rushed me to get out to “clean.” He even kept making suggestions of snacks so I could hurry.
After, I got in my car, and watched some guy who doesn’t work there come inside from the shadows as if he was being snuck in. They also both looked at my vehicle like as if I trespassed. Zero normal explanation for that.
For safety reasons, I’d stay away from here late at night.

Business sell Washington State lottery, but refuse to cash out winning tickets. The reason , " we don't have money"
That said Washington lottery should revoke their license to sell.

Zero stars if possible, completely rude. They do not refill their products and then blame you and try to charge you. Offering something you do not want then getting mad at you because they cannot manage things and di not understand the difference between chilli and cheese l.

This store is completely ridiculous. They lock the door and put a sign on it stating they are closed for sanitizing, i been there at 1 am 2 am 3 am and 4 am and one morning , the employee told me at 3am he wouldn't be opening the store until 5:30 am.I wish I could find out who owns this store so I could tell them know whats going on. They are losing a lot of business and paying an employee to lock the customers out of the store.I am here now and at least 6 customers and come and gone in the short time it took me to write this review.
