I noticed that I bought a deal for 3 for 3 on some taquitos and the guy working on 6/24 that night up charged me more and even added more 2-3 more taquitos into my bag.. If my bf never asked for a receipt I don’t think I would realize how much they up charge me after I told the guy at the desk I had 3 in the baggie. I always get my quick snacks here and today was the first time I actually ask for a receipt. I’m thinking they might do this to other people without realizing it if they never ask for receipt including the times I come here for a quick bite. I ended up disputing my transaction after for incorrect payment… Proof within picture.

The ONLY reason I gave them two stars is because this location is convenient for me due to where I work and their selection of products is good. But BEWARE they like to try to bypass once you enter in your phone number to accumulate points so that they don’t have to give you he $1 off you earned. They’ve done this to me several times and I finally said something today and he said “You already entered your number” I said “I know but I want to use my -$1 off” and he was very irritated. After he went back he said “Now you lost your 1k points” lol ok. Isn’t that the point? Just not very customer friendly in my opinion.

Dang this 7-11 is fancy! They got a dedicated lemonade slushie machine that adds flavors as it pours and big chicken skewers at the hot and ready counter!

I recently visited the 7/11 on Hardeson street, and I have to say, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a convenience store. The customer service was abysmal. The cashier Manny, was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed by my very presence. When I asked for assistance in finding a product, they rolled their eyes and pointed vaguely in a direction without even looking up from their phone.To make matters worse, the store was poorly stocked, and many shelves were disorganized or empty. The floors were sticky, and the overall cleanliness of the store left much to be desired. When I finally got to the counter, the cashier was dismissive and rushed me through the transaction without so much as a thank you.I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it if they value decent customer service and a clean shopping environment. There are plenty of other convenience stores in the area that actually care about their customers.

If i could rate negative stars i would. They cleared my EBT card and they know exactly what they are doing. Have no remorse for what they do to many many people. I wasn’t the first person this has happened to. Just as i went in and tried to talk to them another Lady told me her card was cleared as well. then they tell you “they don’t need your money” Worst gas station Ever and the family also owns the one down the street on Casino Road.
