I have been with Aaron’s for a long time since I was seven years old with my mom and now I’m 30 years old and still with Aaron’s the staff are always good to me and my family I’m going to still be loyal customer and when we had stuff going on they work around are payments and understanding and I remember they had in NASCAR number 99 back in the day lol

OMG!!! The best humans on planet earth!!! I’m sooo amazed we came and “Bought” furniture just looking at first! But when we left we left we deals on deals and happiness on our faces! They do not disappoint we came back the following week to buy a couch and they gave us an offer we couldn’t refuse! I love our salesman he goes over and above for us! I’m never going nowhere else I know they have rent to own but the have the very best prices! Thank you guys for being Amazing to us small ppl who moved here From Chattanooga TN!!! You Are Southern Hospitality Approved!!! Love y’all already

Why did we order a couch then not do the paperwork for the couch, when i was in there for both a couch and dresser? Then i have to call you guys about the couch? Seems like you should tell the customer you have to order the couch and then do paperwork once you receive the couch in the warehouse, instead i had to call about the couch and then was told i had to come do the paperwork once you received the couch, then call and ask about why a couch had not been delivered come to find out we didnt do the paperwork when i was promised it would be delivered in 2 weeks. 🤦🏻♂️ such a poor experience

Was ify at first due to misjudged dimensions of the size of the furniture that I wanted and having to send it back, but I found something I both like and that fit, so I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the service!!!

The staff was very helpful, we didn't get the type of couch that I wanted but still ended up with a love seat, couch & TV stand & best of all, our 4 cats think it's all for them

Rent-to-own your furniture here! Thomas and the team are EXCELLENT at helping you find what you need or just guiding you to the great selections they have to offer! Great prices, great service! I MUST say. I've been dealing with RAC for atleast 4 years. The customer service there was good, the prices were competitive, but the selection was very limited. They don't offer living room sets w/rugs, and only a $10 charge to add on to the sofa/loveseat per item. I have NEVER had as good an experience with rent to own as I did today with this Aaron's.The salesperson I dealt with (sorry... I think his name was Thomas) was absolutely fantastic. We corresponded over phone and simultaneous text pics.I was able to secure an living room set... the whole set.... without paying anything today! I set up auto pay and am getting the furniture in 2 days, and have my 1st payment set for my next pay period.All if the paperwork was online and with the website, I was able to verify the rental agreement and payment schedule.In the time it wouldve taken to go ALL the way out to Everett, and RAC milking me for so long... I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this entire experience and am happy to switch my needs to the better competitor.

God forbid if your late by 1, 1 day.You get 3-5 calls a day. Even after you update them on when you can pay. Ridiculous.
