It was unfortunate what happened to us with ABC we had been working with the company for a few years going through some small problems with deliveries and other few things
What it really make deference was that I was being neglected by the assigned sales representative from the Everett branch to the point that he told me that he was to busy to answer my phone calls.
But what really make me upset was that after trying numerous times to contact management I have not received any answers from them
What happened was this
On one of the projects I sent a drawing with measurements to have a taping system designed and delivered by ABC from Everett this order was through Mr Dela torre sale representative from this branch:
The job was to take place during the weekend I told him numerous time to make sure the the delivery was complete but it did not happen
They sent a few parts that we did not need on the system and didn’t send the parts that we needed making my project to be delay by two days
On act of good faith I asked the kindly to recompense my company forje time lost but there answer was straight not even though they were at fault
So I rich out to his manager of the branch to communicate what was happening to see if we can seek out a solution but to the day I have not received any answers from either the branch manager or from anyone from the company
After not paying for their failure to deliver I got a text message from Mr deltorre saying that he would not be my sales representative anymore
They fixed the problem bye canceling my account with AB C Roofing supply because they did not want to pay for their failure
I had to pay from my packet to my workers because that is the right thing to do
But if ABC roofing supplier runs the business that way is on them
I am very disappointed on the company for treating small businesses like this it reflects what the corporation is about

Husband just got skylights and roofing materials. Hilarious and charming man loaded the car. Husband says: "Like to work with ABC because they have an excellent selection and quality materials. Inside sales is super efficient and they always respond in a positive way to my questions, my guy is Sergio. And warehouse people are always smiling and laughing. He said the guy I met is an example."

I would give them zero star but I can't... employees here not respectful and one of them insulated me because we have a semi truck must go out of there property and come back in one hour and because of that all traffic stops unless one who is working there and started insulated me because he couldn't wait 2 minutes, then he wanted to hit me by his car.

It’s always something with this company! I’ve lost several of customers due to waiting for material qoutes. Beacon is alittle more expensive but they are quick and there’s a page for contractors to look at prices.Customer service is 0 stars for me!

Daniel went above and beyond for color matching and helping me out with some roofing supplies. It is this kind of customer service that will bring me back to do business with them. Parking and finding the place is very easy.
