Isabella is a Rock Star !!!! The work preformed was very good and efficient. The Manager was knowledgeable about mechanical issues. The front desk was helpful and friendly. I have not had this level of customer service in a very long time.

Outstanding Work – Like It Never Happened!
I can’t thank Caliber Collision enough for the incredible job they did on my car. I had a deep, nasty scratch on the back right side after hitting a metal pole — it damaged the door, the frame, and even the area around the gas tank. The damage was bad, especially since it involved an aluminum door, which I know isn’t easy to work with.
But when I got my car back, I was completely blown away — it looked like nothing ever happened. The repair was flawless. Their team clearly knows what they’re doing and takes real pride in their work. On top of that, they went above and beyond by fixing my messed-up backup camera, which I didn’t even expect.
I’ve already been spreading the word in my West Seattle community about Caliber Collision’s amazing service. Professional, thorough, and reliable — I highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done right. Thank you again!

I didnt have any problems. Everyone at the everett location was nice, respectful, and took good care of my car and i. I 150% recommend. Make sure you take your vehicle to the evergreen way location. The 4th pic...like the hit NEVER happened.!
